DJ was able to arrange an estimate the following day and arrived promptly on the day and time agreed upon. After viewing the project, DJ offered his advice and expertise on how to best achieve our desired results. He said he would provide a detailed quote the following day and true to his word he did so. We hired DeDe Construction & DJ provided a start date and a detailed day by day timeline of the work to be completed. DJ and his partner Oleg arrived on time each day and went directly to work, completing the daily tasks expertly, efficiently and with attention to detail. From precise cuts on tile, to double waterproofing appropriate areas in the bathrooms, they always strove to doing the best possible job in every aspect of their work. Communication during the project was exemplary and we were shown the progress of their endeavors during each phase of the remodel, so that we were satisfied with the quality of the work performed. During our entire interaction with DJ and Oleg, they were always friendly, courteous and respectful to us and our home, cleaning up at the end of each day. DJ even voluntarily picked up several items we had purchased from various stores that were too large for our vehicle, with no qualms about doing so. DJ and Oleg completed the remodel of the three bathrooms ahead of schedule and the quality of the work, of which my expectations were high, was better than I expected. They showed first-rate dedication and workmanship providing prime, aesthetically prominent results. Some patch work was required, did that, roof joints were cleaned and sealed, then the whole roof was sealed. Good for 5 to 7 years, all at the agreed on price. Could not be happier with the professionalism of the tech, the work performed, etc. Sales/Assessment Rep, was good, fair evaluation, reasonable price, no wild absurd claims or up sell approach. Just gave me what I wanted and needed. Over very good job and fine folks to speak with, will call them again for my next home project when needed. What more could a home owner expect?

They also canceled day of the project with only 15 minutes notice after having to plan my day around them coming out. The also had to reschedule once before that as well. The final day them came out to do one more coat and they ended up missing 2 large spots so that it doesn't look even. Very disappointed. Was looking forward to not having to do a job and a sharp looking room but all I got was stress and a bad job. With the quality of the work and canceling the owner did recognize and we renegotiated the price however still disappointed as I sit here and look at the job.
