A word to the wise: if you see something you like, buy it. Boutique shopping is a cruel mistress--wait too long, and that perfect piece will be gone, never to return. I'm a bargain hunter, so the apparel was a bit pricey for me, however, there were many pieces I LOVED. The owner, Scott, was very helpful. I have a pair of prescription sunglasses that slide off of my face, and he offered to adjust them for free. They fit perfectly now! This would have been alright if she had not proceeded to greet and chat with the next five or so white customers who came in. Additionally, every time my mom went to pick up an accessory, smell a candle, or just look at an object for longer than a few seconds, the woman behind the register would come up to us and quite literally look at and inspect whatever we had just touched. Her eyes followed us wherever we were in the store. I was appalled. Never had I been treated with such disrespect, and her lack of respect and human decency towards my mother was unacceptable. Parking in downtown SC is rough, but it's not the shop's fault. 3. No businesses have to let customers use the restroom. I get it...it's nice when they do. But if they allow you, imagine how many other people ask.
