Though my battery is barely 18 months old it was drained enough to not turn over. I called several towing companies and was quoted any where between $90-$130. FOR A JUMP?!? That's a new battery. So I remembered my yelp app. Yay I called and the guyI think his name was Jamie. He said he'd be there in about 30 min to give me a jump. 20 minutes later. He showed up and had me jumped in less than a minute. Freaking AWESOME I hope I don't need them again. But I will chooses this company every time. On point

Very professional, friendly and respectful of the cars they are towing. My cars arrived in the same condition they were picked up in. Highly recommended!! Will call again if I need anything towed

I yanked the car over and stopped and stood confused about what the problem could be. The driver for Delta, his name was Jeff (or Geoff?), was punctual and took my car out of harm's way. The wait wasn't unreasonable (roughly 35-40 minutes). When Jeff lowered my car off the truck he spotted the problem! My brake caliper was out of position! One of my caliper retention bolts was missing! It had fallen off after I probably failed to torque it enough after previously replacing my rotors. It was one heck of a repair! A whopping total of about $2.00 for a new bolt at Hoehn Honda, lol! I fixed it the next day.

I don't think I waited more than 10 minutes before Geoff had arrived. And since I was stuck on the side of the road, with cars zooming past me, I was relieved to see their truck pull up. Geoff was extremely polite, and understanding all while quickly getting my car hooked up and towed to a nearby mechanic. Being a young woman in the Carlsbad/Oceanside area makes me skeptical of any male coming to "help" but again, Geoff was so polite and helped put me at ease. He did his job, and moved on, which is the most important to me! Hopefully i won't have to use their services again anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roadside help!!

Sure, I was holding my house keys, but that's not much help if you are trying to drive your car! Fortunately, I still had my purse and iPhone with me so I was able to look up a tow service in the area that showed they could retrieve car keys (lock-pick). Here's the website: http://carlsbad.towing-san-diego.com/ I gave them a call and they came quickly... turns out they were just a freeway exit away from where I was stranded. According to their website, they tow vehicles (e.g., car tow), can deliver a replacement car battery, jump start existing battery, fix a flat tire, and, for me, retrieve car keys and open your car door if you lock them inside. Green Towing arrived in far less than 30 minutes and got me on the road again well before the milk in my car trunk lost its chill. Recommend.
