Brian O'Connor and Fluid Plumbing & Heating came highly recommended to me by a friend and the…read morereferral did not disappoint. I had an emergency, Brian was unavailable, but he had another experienced skilled plumber, Rob, out the same day to assess. An old cast iron sewage pipe cracked and was leaking into my basement and had to be replaced along with connections to upstairs toilets. The next day, Rob and Jaykri came to my rescue. They did the job under their own cost proposal and at a significantly lower price than a big-name competitor's proposal. Brian moved a schedule around to fit me in and got the job done in 1 day. (The other company could not even start until 3 days later) Rob and Jaykri even fixed a couple other odd plumbing issues (shower cartridges, broken valve knobs, etc.) while they were at my house. The Fluid Plumbing & Heating team were knowledgeable, professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. No one ever wants to need a plumber, but I am so happy to have them in my saved contacts. Added they work on boilers, radiators, and radiant floor heat, so sadly I am sure I will need them in the future.

I Didn't Just Find a Plumber, I Found a Family…read more My first call to Fluid Plumbing & Heating was for something small -- a minor toilet repair that most companies probably would have brushed off. But Brian O'Connor treated my little repair like it was the most important job on his schedule. That told me everything I needed to know about how this company operates. So when I discovered a leak in my hot water heater, there was only one call to make. Brian picked up the phone after hours -- let that sink in -- and had Rob at my house first thing the next morning. No waiting around for days, no runaround, no voicemail abyss. Just real people who genuinely care about their customers. Rob and his apprentice arrived on time, were thoroughly professional, and took the time to explain every step of the process so I understood exactly what was happening and why. I want to give a special shoutout to Rob's apprentice -- this young professional is just starting out in his career, and if he's any indication of the caliber of people Fluid brings on board, this company's future is incredibly bright. As Rob put it, I'm not just a customer now -- I'm family. And honestly? That's exactly how they made me feel from day one. From a tiny toilet fix to a hot water heater emergency, Fluid Plumbing & Heating has earned my complete trust and loyalty. If you're looking for a plumbing company that treats every job -- big or small -- with the same level of care and professionalism, look no further. Call Brian. You'll thank yourself later.

I was on my way to work when I saw two of your trucks (love the graphics). I didn't have time to speak with the two technicians, so I noted the phone number to research later. After reading the reviews, I placed an online request for service. I was contacted within the hour (on a Saturday!) by Billy (weekend tech) who told me he could come that day if it was urgent (it wasn't). He forwarded my request to Lindsay, who contacted me the following Monday. She explained pricing options and scheduled service for the following day. The service tech (Bill) was great! He arrived on time, assessed the issue, and completed the repair. He answered all of my questions (even the dumb ones)! I could tell he enjoys the job and takes pride in his work. To say I am impressed with this company is an understatement. From start to finish, this was a stress-free ordeal. I am now a proud member of the Comfort Club and highly recommend Maryland Heating and Air!

The day of my appointment, the HVAC tech Tyler was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. When the time comes for my HVAC and/or plumbing needing service, the team at Witkowski will be my first call!

They did not pull a permit. They did a bait and switch with equipment (what they intended to install was not what we contracted for). They cut some corners that were not up to code and they installed the expansion tank on the hot side, horizontally, and with no support. When I called in about this they assured me that the tank could be on the hot side no problem. Several other experienced plumbers and the literal instruction manual for the heater all say to never install the tank on the hot side. So I just have to pay someone else to take care of it properly now

DO NOT USE FROSTY…read more While it is true what others have said that the technician Terry was fantastic, the management at Frosty is not trustworthy. They low-balled an estimate when they had knowledge of the unit, the specific part needed, and the industry standard for labor. The misleading initial estimate was either fraudulent in order to get the job, or incompetent. Terry should work for someone else. I would not trust Frosty.
