As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

Told them it has been 5 months since they've been here and asked why they aren't coming quarterly, they said they are short staffed, same excuse. In Texas, if you only spray for bugs every 5 months you'll get things coming into your house. They never attempted to tell me my service would be delayed or even to apologize for not keeping up with their service. Very, very disappointing.
