Gus was professional, helpful, and kind. He took the lock apart and found fragments of a small broken spring jamming up the works. He removed it, cleaned and lubricated the inside, tested the mechanism, and had me turn the key and the interior knob several time to ensure that I was satisfied with the repair. The cost was ARG's minimum service fee -- a fraction of what the other guy quoted me -- and the lock glides like new.
