I mean gently nudge us back into our house. I called the number and the owner picked up promptly and said he was a few minutes away. 5 minutes later he showed up. From start to finish it was a great experience. Amy in the office is personable and efficient. She actually emails/calls you back! How refreshing. And Locksmith Kristin is absolutely the best. She spends time explaining things to you (we installed Smart Locks) but moves along to get the job done. Kristin's apprentice, Nelson, was very nice too and as long as he takes his lead from Kristin, he will be fabulous too! I am completely satisfied with the entire experience with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them. Reliable, good and everyone I dealt with was very, very nice.
