NOT INTEGRITY In reading the reviews for this company it's very telling that they have not responded to any of the reviews to refute them. My wife and I used this company over 2 months ago wrote them a check and they claim that the check didn't clear on the same day. I sent them an electronic payment in the same amount and now they've been paid twice because the check indeed did clear. my attempts to contact the proprietor and his wife and they have told me several times the money is on its way and it's never appeared. It's $460 looks for me thats a difference between my children eating at school and not eating at school. I've been nothing but respectful to this company, they have disrespected me and my family at every turn by not honoring their word. I even offered to set up a payment plan or to Simply tell me that they don't have the money to pay me, but they don't even have the common courtesy to be communicative. We scheduled this company to come out to my 86 & 85 year old parents home. We were quoted one price to have all doors and windows cleaned inside and out. My parents replaced these windows about 15 years ago- top of the line - top and bottom both tilt in to be cleaned. He didn't even have to climb a ladder. The tech left all the furniture out of place, some in the middle of the room. Sold us a package to have the window sills cleaned- didn't clean them all. Didn't clean back door because he'd have to charge us more if he cleaned outside. Then charged us additional to pay by credit card- that was never mentioned. Screens were not replaced and he was on his phone the entire time. What was quoted @$285 ended up costing us almost $70 more. read more

I'm pretty sure this company is a groupon scam. We got a groupon to use their services, and they wanted to charge us a $29 fee because we were out of their 20-mile range. But we're 19 miles away, so... Then, on the day they were supposed to show up, they called and quickly hung up, but didn't ring the doorbell or knock on the door. When we called back (5 minutes after the appointment time) they said they were driving back and couldn't turn around, and would have to charge us for an appointment. It's my guess that this is their MO to scam people, and that they don't actually wash anybody's windows. When I got angry with them, they refused to give me anybody's name or phone number, called us too cheap to buy their full service, and made vaguely threatening remarks about how I "couldn't make them do anything over the phone, but we'll come back to your house if you want to try." read more

I had my windows and driveway pressure washed with this company this week. I was very surprised by the quality of their work. I didn't even realize how dirty my driveway had become until they were done cleaning it. I am also very happy with how my windows turned out. I have had my windows cleaned before and they never looked this good. I would highly recommend them. read more

They did a wonderful job on my windows and doors. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they were able to clean (pressure wash) my driveway which had been covered with oil drippings for a few years. It feels like my home is brand new again. I highly recommend this company. Prices were competitive and customer service was great! read more

Consumer beware! While the tasks that they did complete were done well, I received very poor customer service from the presumed owner, Lemarr Jones. I wrote a letter of concern with a list of issues to Lemarr. There was not one ounce of empathy or even an apology for anything. Not a word. All he did was ask if he could call me after I complained but I was already jaded to the point that I did not want to hear any excuses or justifications from him, so I told him to either leave me a message or put it in writing. Received nothing. 1. Lemarr personally provided a verbal estimate of $400 to wash ALL 16 windows inside and out, clean 5 skylights and then pressure wash my front porch. During the walk around to review the job, he first mentioned that the windows would be $298. Now this was with the intention of being able to clean the white film that was covering most of my windows. He never actually opened a window to confirm this but I trusted his judgement as I had no clue whether he could have cleaned that white film off or not. Turns out, neither did he or that was what I was supposed to believe. When his partner was dropping the screens and pulled one of those windows out of it's trim; it was clearly apparent that these were double pane and that the white film was on the inside of those dual panes. There is no way to clean those windows and his partner agreed. I proceeded to inform Lemarr of this which is when his true colors came out. He didn't want to hear it, either that or he didn't want me to figure out that he already knew it. Either way he treated me like I was trying to get something for nothing, but there was no reason for him to even bother cleaning the white filmed windows so he got an attitude and only cleaned 1 window and then sprayed a couple of diamond shaped windows. All this and doesn't bother to discuss anything about the job before leaving, just gets in his truck and sends his very kind partner in with an invoice showing that he dropped the price by a measly $31 when the quote for all windows was $298. When I stand outside to talk with him, he never once comes out of his vehicle or even tries to make contact with me. As you can probably tell, I'm still reeling over this. 2. He pressure washed my front porch; which I might add... turned out awesome. Only problem was that my vehicle and trashcan were in direct line of fire to receive a healthy coating of all the algae, mold and dirt that was sprayed off my porch and then be baked on by the sun. Just lovely. 3. I had 2 connected water hoses running over near my garden; he left them disconnected under the faucet. What did I learn? Complete distrust. read more

Total Groupon scam. Same exact experience as Nicholas. It was ridiculous- got my refund from Groupon so they mist be aware of the issue.
