We communicated through email and text and set up a time for Chris to come out to our house. He provided a free quote. Would recommend checking them out for any roofing/siding needs!

Terry, Kurt and the entire Dedicated team are fantastic and do a great job! We first hired them to…read morefix our soffit, a smaller job, but that didn't stop Terry from getting up on our roof to give a thorough recommendation. His crew did an excellent job fixing it. They were on time, honest and got the job done quickly. Then when hail struck our roof months later we immediately called Terry and he immediately came by for an honest estimate. He walked us through exactly what was wrong with our roof and made the time to be present when our insurance adjuster came out to inspect the hail damage. In our experience other roofing companies we received quotes from for both jobs were unreliable, difficult to communicate with and felt like used car salesmen. Not Dedicated! They weren't the cheapest, but definitely reasonable and the definition of "you get what you pay for." We love our roof and the fact that Terry and Kurt are communicative, honest and stand by their work 100%. They own the business so you're not dealing with a middle man or a corporate owned company. You're dealing with experienced contractors who lend their expertise. We HIGHLY recommend this local PTC, family-owned business for any roofing job and will use them again in the future!

They turned out to be one of the best contractors I've had the privilege of dealing with after decades of owning a home. They were timely in their communications, stayed on schedule, had a super crew that was respectable and did excellent work. They left the place clean after they were finished, did a walk through with me and answered any and all questions I had concerning the new roof and gutters. If you want to sleep good at night knowing that your roof is in capable hands and it will get done without hassle- Terry, Kurt and his crew is the way to go, anyone else- it's on you. Trust them, you will not regret it.

I found ZAP via online reviews and they seemed to score well. I was able to get a rough quote over…read morethe phone when I first called ZAP. I left a message and when they had a break from whatever job they were on that day, they called me back. The owner then scheduled a time to briefly stop by and finalize the estimate by getting accurate measurements of the surface area to be cleaned. I was able to call back with an additional request the next day and schedule the work within two weeks. They called to reconfirm the appointment the evening prior and arrived on time on the scheduled day. Our job consisted of a driveway, two walkways, and a mid-sized concrete and brick patio area. They also cleaned the rear of our house (siding). The job took about 5.5 hours. The bill seemed very reasonable (vs. me taking probably twice that time myself with a smaller pressure washer). I'm sure the concrete will darken up again over time and I'll be calling ZAP back at some point. Recommended.
