They were on time, honest and got the job done quickly. Then when hail struck our roof months later we immediately called Terry and he immediately came by for an honest estimate. He walked us through exactly what was wrong with our roof and made the time to be present when our insurance adjuster came out to inspect the hail damage. In our experience other roofing companies we received quotes from for both jobs were unreliable, difficult to communicate with and felt like used car salesmen. Not Dedicated! They weren't the cheapest, but definitely reasonable and the definition of "you get what you pay for." We love our roof and the fact that Terry and Kurt are communicative, honest and stand by their work 100%. They own the business so you're not dealing with a middle man or a corporate owned company. You're dealing with experienced contractors who lend their expertise. We HIGHLY recommend this local PTC, family-owned business for any roofing job and will use them again in the future!

The side of our roof was damaged from tree branches, and the chimney cap was missing the spark arrestor cap. When Duane Clark inspected our roof, he found 2 other areas that needed fixing. He also explained how he was going to add the chimney cap and fit over a double flue. While doing the job, they discovered some rotted plywood under the shingles, and replaced that for no additional charge. He also painted the chimney shroud so that it would look good from the street and yard. Duane and his crew are easy to work with, honest and do excellent work. They are attentive to the details and are interested in ensuring a solid and secure roof - not just how fast they can finish and move on to the next job. As suspected, the install was very far from being safe and not to code. They actually attempted to install the wrong type of liner. They removed a chimney cap without my knowledge leaving it open to rain and animals. They connected to a corroded gas line which caused a gas leak resulting in having to call the emergency line over the weekend to come and cut the line and install a valve. They also installed the gas key in the middle of my hardwood floors in front of my hearth with no communication of where they were going to install it. The supervisor sat in his truck the whole time smoking cigarettes with zero communication except a couple cuss words to a few other guys working at my house. I am a contractor. I have a lot of tolerance for contractors. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and dangerous situation this has caused to my home.
