I called Ismael and asked if he could remove three (3) Agave cactus/plants/trees. He said sure, those were his favorite. He was very polite, kind, knowledgeable and professional. He told me that he'd come on the same day that I called, to take a look. He did. He was punctual and after observing the area, all three Agaves and other shrubs were removed to my satisfaction. Also, a few trees were trimmed at a reasonable price. The area where the trees and shrubs were thoroughly cleaned and manicured. They did an excellent job. I didn't expect that I'd get service on the same day of my call. But I did. I highly recommend. Honest, Fair, Kind, thorough, great work, reasonable pricing and immediate responsiveness is how I'd describe this company and their employees. I'd definitely use them again. Ismael and his All Star crew did an excellent job. Our yard was severely overgrown. Ismael gave us a fair price quote and his crew did exactly as promised. When they were done, his guys thoroughly raked and cleaned the yard better than new. Ismael and his team worked many hours in 100 plus degree weather without stopping. I had a water line that needed an elbow replaced. They didn't know how to add an extension to make sure they didn't put stress at an angle once they cut the old off. Wanted to put a rock to hold the angle. 10 minute job that took 2 hours. They might do good work on trees but I would not ask them to do sprinklers. 1 1 simple line repair and 3 sprinkler elbows to replace and after 3 hours, still not done. Lesson learned. For what they charged they are thieves. That is on me trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Bottom line, they over charge for what they provide. Check someone else out. Save yourself the headache.
