David and Ron with Assembly are two of the most dedicated managers I have met in LA. My family is no stranger to property owning; we understand "the good and the bad and the nightmares" of owning properties, HOA boards, and management companies. I had a pipe burst in my master bedroom, and David oversaw the remediation "by the book". It was timely, met the various benchmarks to avoid potential litigation, and was well within an acceptable time vs cost comparison, for the scope of work. Although I STILL currently have no ceiling in my second bedroom (due to a secondary issue/active roof leak), David and Ron are working tirelessly with my HOA Board and their requested vendors to resolve the issues as "cheaply" as possible for the Board. Timely and efficient might not be in my HOA Board's vocabulary when "cheap" is the priority, but I know that Ron and David have the heart and dedication to resolve issues in an equitable, fair, and efficient way. Thirty days and counting without a ceiling and active roof leaks might be my HOA Board member's "normal," but David and Ron manage that expectation with professionalism. David and Ron prioritize people, owners, and their overall investment from a big-picture POV, and that is what you want in a manager and management company. David and Ron are the first point of contact for a plethora of problems that arise daily for people just simply living their lives, and who need help getting back to their "normal". Scammers. They don't allow you to view the property without filing an application...which is a $50…read morefee. Then they tell you that you can't view the property until/unless you pass tenant screening. Then if they decide to decline your application, you're out $50/$100 site unseen. I wonder if the property owner is aware of their practices. This rental in question, has not rented in months. To the extent that since my application was declined, they've even lowered the rent by $150. What that tells me is that the landlord is motivated to rent the property, however, this management company is the obstacle. OWNERS BE WARE. RENTERS STEER CLEAR.

Some people just like to complain without doing their due diligence and being patient regarding the circumstance. My experience with RPM has been nothing but optimal. Its a great company with a friendly staff. I got a nice lil studio backhouse and its just enough for me and what i do. I usually dont write reviews but in this instance i'm extremely satisfied with their service which honestly may lead to me continuing to stay in my new place for a while. I had a couple small issues regarding pest and small insects (which is expected living in the desert) and RPM was on top of their game. Called out pest control and handled it overnight. I also called regarding a roofing issue because the roof hadn't been treated in a while and could cause water damage if not taken care of and they handled it promptly. I see people complaining about application fees and other fees... Well that expected because so many people out here are full of sh** and are just looky loos. They are a business who employ people and have to make thier bottom line. If your serious, pay the damn fee, apply and shut up. Its simple. Quit complaining about nonsense. I got around the mobile app fee for rent by attaching a dedicated bank account strickly for rent. If you read the contract, you'd know that but its clear many people dont. Overall they are a solid management company. Dont fall for the okie doke with people just whining and complaining.

Superior Property Management is as culpable as this tenant is disturbing our peace. They do not even respond to our concerns and have no regard for our right to peaceful living nor respect for our homes. Do NOT trust Superior to "manage" your property because they do not care.
