The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

We did our research and thought Tadlock roofing would do a good job, we also upgraded the roof…read moreshingles and we paid 3,000 extra for a new chimney siding to be redone to follow manufacturer warranty guidelines, but we are very disappointed. Essentially this roof install voided my Owens Coring warranty and exposed water on my back patio ceilings and it collapsed and they exposed water to my attic floor which will eventually collapse. They refuse to fix these. On April 6th and 7th of 2022, Tadlock Roofing installed our roof during seasonal rain and showers in Gainesville. Tadlock roofers failed to cover exposed decking, exposed chimney rafters, insulation, felt paper, framing/lumber and back patio ceiling. Tadlock did not follow Owen's Coring manufacturer guidelines when installing a roof during inclement weather, and per Owens Coring, this voids our warranty and they refuse to fix. Two months after they installed my roof, my back patio ceiling fell and we noticed they allowed rain to fall on the attic flooring and Tadlock Roofing will not fix any damages.

Fast forward 5 years later, I recently found a leak from the same area. This time, Reliant still responded in a timely fashion and sent the crew in the same week. I commend the crew, Edgar and Joel, worked diligently to identify the issue. I think the first crew in October, 17 just found one spot and repaired that spot and did not search further for underlying issue. I gave 4 stars for their quick response but failed 5 stars for doing subpar job at first. I had the same roof for first 20 years without a leak and after replaced the new roof by Reliant and it leaked in first 6 months and 5 years after (twice already).

This time, it has destroyed our custom tongue and groove, patio furniture, and more. They came out a few months back and gave numerous excuses as to why it is leaking (including denial), but have done nothing to actually fix the issue. We had GAF out (since Bohemia had us upgrade to the "Golden Pledge Warranty") and they said it is not a shingle issue, but instead, an installation issue. Screenshot attached. We then had other roofing companies come out that have also confirmed this is due to the low-quality sealant that Bohemia roofing used during installation. They said to us, "It is 100% a workmanship issue because there are measures that can be taken to avoid the issue." It's very upsetting that Bohemia Roofing is now refusing to help us get this fixed and it will end up costing us thousands of dollars. We've tried for months now to communicate with them and ask them to help us fix it properly, but they have stopped responding altogether.

We called for them to come out and investigate a leak in our 7 year old roof. They came out, they…read morefixed (I use this term loosely) and left. A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.

They came out the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the situation and made an immediate repair/touch-up on site. I contacted them yesterday, due to the rain we've been having, we had a leak above my office. The first time we had this repaired by the company that actually did our roof on our new build 1.5 years ago, they said it was a nail pop, and fixed it. This time around, the leak came back and instead of slapping a "bandaid" on the problem, we needed to get a quote. I contacted them on Monday morning and within 30 minutes I received a call back and they said they'd come out the same day to assess the roof and provide a quote. Nathan showed up with another crew member. The crew member got on top of the roof, while Nathan went into the attic to see if he could see the damage. After his assessment, he explained the problem, and what it would take to fix it. He said within a few hours we'd receive a quote, which we did. Based on the scope of the job, I'm not sure what I was expecting, but wanted to get another quote, just to make sure it was in-line with another professional. I let Nathan know I'd reach back out to him once we got another quote. I appreciate how quickly they came out, assessed the damage, and provided a quote. Nathan and crew were polite and professional.

Do not choose this roofer! After First Coast Roofers received the permit for the work from my…read moreneighborhood association, which allowed sixty days for the work to be completed, I didn't hear anything from them for 57 days. I had to call to alert them that the permit was about to expire. It was only then that they scheduled the work and showed up the next day with only two days left on the permit. During those two days, it was pouring down rain. Yes, they put down the roofing paper and new shingles on a roof that was being drenched with rain for two straight days. When I tried to question one of the workers about this, I found that not a single worker on site could speak English. With growing concern, I called the job manager for the company repeated times before he called back. He assured me that putting on a new roof in the rain was perfectly normal (which was not something I had ever seen). He claimed the sun would evaporate any moisture beneath "through the roofing material." When the job was done, there was a portion of the roof where two angles meet in a valley that looks like it is not flush with the wood beneath; I imagine there is an air pocket there. Some days later I discovered that they had not resealed the new roof around the chimney when I began to see water damage in the ceiling around the chimney. When I called First Coast Roofers about this, I was told they'd be happy to do that work around the chimney for an additional charge. (I climbed up on the roof and did it myself.) I called the county roofing inspection officer about the rain question. He said it certainly was not normal to put down a new roof in the rain, but he had already approved the work by its appearance. The result, I have a roof, but under what condition beneath, I have no idea. When it's time to replace it again, I'm worried I'll find mold and deteriorating wood in the subroof from the pouring rain when the roof was installed.
