The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

They came out the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the situation and made an immediate repair/touch-up on site. I commend the crew, Edgar and Joel, worked diligently to identify the issue. I think the first crew in October, 17 just found one spot and repaired that spot and did not search further for underlying issue. I gave 4 stars for their quick response but failed 5 stars for doing subpar job at first. I had the same roof for first 20 years without a leak and after replaced the new roof by Reliant and it leaked in first 6 months and 5 years after (twice already).

Bohemia Roofing installed our roof several years back and it has leaked numerous times. We had them…read morecome out and fix it in the past, but now it is happening again. This time, it has destroyed our custom tongue and groove, patio furniture, and more. They came out a few months back and gave numerous excuses as to why it is leaking (including denial), but have done nothing to actually fix the issue. We had GAF out (since Bohemia had us upgrade to the "Golden Pledge Warranty") and they said it is not a shingle issue, but instead, an installation issue. Screenshot attached. We then had other roofing companies come out that have also confirmed this is due to the low-quality sealant that Bohemia roofing used during installation. They said to us, "It is 100% a workmanship issue because there are measures that can be taken to avoid the issue." It's very upsetting that Bohemia Roofing is now refusing to help us get this fixed and it will end up costing us thousands of dollars. We've tried for months now to communicate with them and ask them to help us fix it properly, but they have stopped responding altogether.

They started taking off the old roof. By the time I came home from work they were putting on the new roof. They replaced everything with water damage too. Day 2 was finishing up anything that needed to be finished. By the time I came back from work they were cleaning up. I think my driveway is cleaner than when they first came. He told me he would have someone out to inspect the roof and determine the cause for the leak. I had to follow up several times, to which he said he had people out due to covid, but made no attempt to get by to inspect their work. Funny, because the roof was still under warranty, that he then tried to deny. I ended up having to hire another roofing contractor, because I had water leaking into my house causing plaster damage, to fix the issue. They did not caulk around the chimney flashing and installed 2 pipe boots incorrectly. If I were you, I'd think twice about hiring this company.
