Could give negative stars if I could, visually failed my vehicle claiming my catalytic converter isn't the original because my heat shield is different from the other and a little smaller then my other side claiming my carb stickers isn't the one for my truck so I checked myself and it is. I've had this truck smogged 4-5 times and my usual place was closed so was confident it would pass because I have never touched my vehicle emissions. This place is a joke and don't know there own job if they would know on some vehicles with a V8 motor the catalytic converters are different sizes sometimes because it wouldn't fit if they were the same size because they run different ways due the body and chassis and meet in the middle. I've read reviews about this place after mine failed and other have the same problems, I would not recommend going to this place unless your car is brand new and your bolts/exhaust/heat shields are shiny because old parts and rusty ones are not "Carb" legal at this joke of a shop. Vehicle failed Visual inspection but thankfully didn't fail emissions test, keep in mind everything else passed except a visual on my old stock catalytic converter because it didn't look nice enough for there standards. read more

Horrible service! I just called this place to see if I needed a appointment , the guy on the phone said first come first serve. I asked if they were busy right now.he responded " always busy" I get off the phone and drive 5 miles to get to him. I'm walking in having a conversation with someone and he begins speaking before I even get to the counter and speaking over me to tell me he's going to lunch. I asked him why he didn't tell me when I called him. He responded " I tell everyone I go to lunch from 11-12 . He just lost 4 smog Checks and future clients. He probably doesn't care . I probably been there for the last 8 years that I know of and I always get great service

I drove in, asked for a smog. They asked for my keys. I asked how much it would cost. $55, I was told. Too much, I said. Well, they said, there's a coupon and they'd do it for $40. OK. They pulled my car in and upon inspection pronounced that it would not pass. The mechanic showed me a small hole in the air intake hose. He said the component would have to be replaced, and then I could bring it back and pay another $40 to pass smog. OK, I said. "Good luck finding that part," he said. Thanks, I said. My usual smog guy said he would have let me put a piece of tape over the hole. There are better places to go than All Smog. read more

I had to wait almost an hour to be serviced but they have a TV and they were very courteous and professional. The actual test took no more than 15 minutes. The waiting room was clean with plenty of seating. I got to talking with a waiting customer and asked if they have used this facility in the past.
