This place is terrible and will only take your money. The quote their technicians were heard saying is " damn we've been putting cars up on the dyna all day" and the other technicians response was "good more money for me keep hooking them up"! I recently took my van to this shop for smog and got lousy customer service, the technician was a total jerk, never greeted me, just seem to be in rush, after the job was done he had adjusted my steering wheel and since its an older van, I didnt know it had that feature, so I asked to him to put it back where it was and he gives me this condescending look and says how long have you owned this van, after I left I went to open the hood and it didnt open, so I went back and asked him to fix it, again another smirk like I didnt know how to open it, turns out that he put the rod that holds the hood up back incorrectly and it got stuck and would not open, so I would normally not recommend this shop but because I have been taking my vehicles here for the past 13 yrs and this is the first time this has happened, I will give them one more try Mario read more

Took my f350 diesel here failed me on visual tech agosta stated vehicle catalytic converter tampered illegal not original this is first and last time I come here tech took forever and on diesels all it is is visual inspection taking to another smog station as I bought truck from dealer and it passed smog when I bought it and no upgrades performed since I bought it. Never has my car failed on a visual. The tech says everything else passed but the visual air components. Didn't see him look anything up or do any research. Just told me that the part fits my car but isn't meant for it. Like I said, no other smog shops sweat me about it before. The good news is it was fast and not very busy (Sunday). I was a little suspicious about the revised charge for an additional $10 due to a failed gas cap. There was nothing wrong with my gas cap. While I was sitting in the reception area Jannette helped me to pay my DMV fees and issued me a new tag upon passing my smog test. Best one stop shop! Called here at 3:45 and asked if a smog can be done if I got there at 4:30. She told me to hold on and said yes. I got there a little before 4:30 and checked in waited for about 10 minutes then she told me no because they had three cars and there was only one person in the waiting room. What a waste of time will never go here again, go up the street to Rapid smog it was 4:45 and he said yes sure I can do it for you. They did my smog last year, found a faulty gas cap. They washed on the spot and the car passed smog no problem. No extra charges for the gas cap, just did what needed to be done. Going back again with another car this year, already given advice how to make sure it can pass smog. Great customer service. Great prices 25% less than the smog stations around my home. read more

One star is even too much. On their web site it says pass or don't pay and that is a lie. We took my sons truck we just bought. It passed smog with original owner just a month before. But due to change of ownership we were required to remove smog. The man who did our smog failed the person in front of us, but we had no concerns. He then failed our truck due to excessive smoke. Strange as there was no smoke. We took it to another smog certified place and it passed with flyer color, not even 12 hours later. When we went back to talk to all smog, they were rude and confrontational. They said smoke filled the garage, but I was standing there watching and told him this and he told me I am shit out of luck. So we are out the $55 they charge us. We have used them a lot in past and never a problem, it is too bad that they lost another customer and I will spread the word. We don't need this kind of rudeness in these hard times. read more

Fast, friendly with a clean waiting room and WIFI access. Open on Sundays which was very convenient. They also had a coupon that I printed from their website, $16.00 off I believe... Two cars were ahead of us and the technician suggested a stroll through a nearby shopping mall rather than wait in the office, my wife was very ok with that. We came back 40 minutes later and waited only 20 minutes or so in the office and we were done... Nice, we can enjoy the rest of our Sunday because he was going to submit the smog check approval electronically. Went to All Smogs and the Tech (Angel) said I had a cracked leaky vacuum tee that caused it to fail. Took it to a mechanic and he checked and found no leak or crack of any kind. Took to another smog place and it passed no problem! RIPOFF!! read more
