I'm beyond impressed with this salon. The massage itself was incredible, relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed, but what really stood out was the entire experience. The staff is so warm and attentive, and the ambiance is just beautiful. Every time I walk in, I can't help but want to take photos, everything is styled so thoughtfully and feels elevated and aesthetic. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority, which I truly appreciate. And the products they use during the massage are amazing, not your typical lotions and oils. They smell incredible and feel like high-quality, premium products that make the whole experience even more special. Overall, it's more than just a massage, it's a full experience. I'm genuinely impressed and will definitely keep coming back. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years and I asked for a polish change as I just had a mani and pedi overseas. I would think my go-to nail salon would accommodate this... not to mention they ask me every time I make an appointment if it is my first time at the salon. Very impersonal. As a business owner myself, I go above and beyond especially over something so simple for loyal clients. Melanie, sure there's nothing wrong with being impersonal, it's just not the exceptional level for retention skills. It's just not a high level impression. And that's ok. Also, your employees were whispering because they didn't want anyone to observe the conversation. I could't hear them myself. My apologies for not whispering. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. The staff was unprofessional and seemed rushed throughout the entire appointment. The tools did not appear to be properly sanitized, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The manicure itself was poorly done -- uneven nails, sloppy polish application, and it chipped the very next day. When I tried to politely express my concerns, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or basic hygiene standards. read more

Very disappointed with my experience. I booked an appointment for a gel manicure, but had to wait over 30 minutes past my scheduled time. The staff didn't seem organized, and no one apologized for the delay. The manicurist was rough and rushed through the whole process. Within two days, the gel started peeling off, which has never happened to me before. Definitely not worth the money. I won't be coming back. read more
