Really disappointed to have to write this review. The salon is beautiful and clean but the work isn't. After 1.5-2 weeks, my hard gel nails started to chip and lift. This was my first time visiting this salon as the salon I've been loyal to for 10 years wasn't working out with my schedule anymore. I usually get Russian gel manicure with rubber alignment, but the employee assured me hard gel was better. Mind you they did not charge me for a hard gel as I politely refused but the tech did hard gel anyway, and told me after she was done. However, she told me that I would not have to pay for it and I could pay for the regular service I was originally scheduled for. I decided to "trust the process" as my nails looked nice and clean when she was done. About a week and a half after getting my nails done they started to chip and lift and break. I am a person who gets their nails done religiously every 4 to 5 weeks for the past 15 years. This never happens to me and my nails usually always stay for 4 to 5 weeks without any chips, breaks or lifts. After paying almost $200 for both my hands and feet you can say I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I will be going back to my old and trusted salon. read more

The place is very nice. However my nails are falling apart after 1 week. I think the tech was new and the way she did my nails was questionable. I got a Russian manicure with gel x nails. When she was putting the glue on it was a mess and then she didn't even file my nails good I had to tell another customer to translate for me and ask her if she can file them so they look natural and not boxy square. I got chrome on my nails and she forgot to add the chrome on the thumb nail, I was home when I realized it. Anyways definitely not going back. read more

I was sat in a soft comfortable chair; more a piece of swanky furniture instead of your typical spa chair. Honestly, the place is beautifully designed, and everything feels very luxurious. The girls are polite, and the customer service is generally good. That being said, the actual services are not great. I went a couple of months ago before leaving for vacation, and the experience was disappointing. The rubber base was very thick, even though I specifically told the technician that I preferred it thinner. The chrome finish was applied messily, with lots of visible specks at the end. They asked me to come back so they could fix it, but I didn't have time and had to deal with a bad manicure throughout my summer vacation. I decided to give it another try, but I'm disappointed again. The technician didn't completely remove my previous polish, leaving uneven white spots on my nails. Despite my complaints, she didn't fix it and went ahead applying the polish anyway. I could still see the white dots underneath, and she tried to cover them up by applying several thick layers of gel polish. In the end, they don't look terrible, but definitely not worth the price. I don't think I'll ever go back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's really disappointing to pay so much for a Russian manicure that isn't done properly. read more
