Makes sense since they don't have very recent reviews on the internet. Will definitely recommend friends and family elsewhere. I wanted to support local and this is their business model? Let's see how long that stay in business if they are not doing small jobs due to the unreliability of their machines or their knowledge. I told her that I asked her to make sure of both receipts because I left two Amazon returns a few months ago at this location and got only one receipt. One of the returns never made it to Amazon and it cost me $76.00. She Acted annoyed and said "I gave you two receipts" and stared at me with a blank look on her face. She showed no concern at all that they screwed up in the past. She apparently does not like her job and does not like her customers. Then when I cancelled my orders, they could not even do the math to refund the correct amount. Avoid Greenerprinter for the poor communication between marketing and printing staff, lack of transparency and confusing printing requirements, and shady refund practices.
