A hard working local that runs his own business successfully. Thank you for your service. Also, calm down Pamela. I don't blame the guy for not wanting to bury his truck in mud in APRIL IN NEW ENGLAND. Maybe he had gotten stuck a couple times prior to your call - I would be hesitant as well and not want to risk losing a days work due to an avoidable circumstance. Losing one customer is better than losing the rest he is scheduled for in an entire day. That was his judgment call to make and not yours. Sometimes the risk isn't worth taking and it certainly isn't something to be belligerent about, just because you waited too long to pump your septic.

He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing. Oh I forgot to mention the only reason he answered was because we called from a different phone number that he didn't recognize so probably thought a new job that he can sign a contract for but never does. DO NOT recommend to anyone.

I had three rooms in my house that had extensive floor damage from long-term family members - heavy…read morecat urine ruin in two rooms, and a third with fire damage that looked like a wide light saber slash in vinyl flooring. I needed major help, and Jason was amazing to work with. He was quick and responsive, and got me scheduled right away. He was experienced enough to know what had to be done, honest enough to let me know what I could get away with, and smart enough to plan it all out perfectly. The cat urine one was the real concern, because the two rooms were actually unlivable; I feared that they were a complete loss. Jason managed to perfectly repair and seal everything away, and after that work it was 100% better. Those rooms were done so well that I moved my master bedroom into that space, and it's been wonderful. For floor with fire damage, he came up with a plan that suited my needs exactly: safe, solid, and I didn't care if it was a little ugly. All of Jason's work was well planned, his prices were absolutely reasonable, and the end result couldn't have been better. (Especially the 2 main rooms - I mean WOW, that's been a life changer. Cat urine is basically impossible to just clean away or cover up.) If you have serious work that needs to be done right, call up ATC. You'll get a solution that makes sense, work done well, at a price you can afford. I could not ask for better, and I recommend his work to anyone.

Jason was able to completely clean almost all of the cushions (close to 200). He is very prompt with his work and has very competitive pricing. I will absolutely be working with Jason again in the future.

Instead of focusing on the gallons of water flooding the basement, they pressure me into signing a contract for all restoration work. Then it is apparent that one of the workers doesnt know how to use the broken sump pump they brought over. And even worse, he is inebreiated and REEKS of alcohol. I asked them to leave. This morning I noticed that they had undone the water hose to the washer, so even more water damage for us to clean up. Go with servpro!
