I was explicitly told that the technician they send would be able to assess the situation and guide us on next steps, as they are trained across multiple areas. However, the technician who arrived immediately said this was not his responsibility and that he couldn't help. No assessment, no guidance, no attempt to assist -- just a $200 charge for a visit that provided zero value. This felt very misleading. If the company knew they were sending someone who could not handle or even evaluate the situation, that should have been communicated upfront. Charging customers for a service call without providing any actual service or direction is not acceptable. I would strongly recommend confirming exactly who they are sending and what they are qualified to do before booking.

I was doing a load of laundry the other night and my septic pump alarm went off. My husband had just been saying he thought we were due for a septic cleaning. I left a message with their answering service as the alarm was going off at about 7:30 pm. They called first thing in the morning to say they'd be over between 9:00-10:00. They were pulling into the driveway at 9:20 and pumped my septic & discover the alarm was going off because some lines had gotten in the way of the pump float. As soon as they pushed the lines away, the pump started working. They tied off the lines so this wouldn't happen again and we're happy to tell me I didn't need a plumber and everything was just fine! No additional cost but the septic cleaning. What a relief and what great service. Highly recommend them.

He will take your business but will not do the work for months and months and he won't even be upfront about it. He would tell you couple weeks and before you know it it is three four months and the work is still not done and you don't even have a date on when it will get done. And if you make a mistake of calling him to ask when he would come to do the work, he wouldn't answer calls for weeks and weeks. And when he eventually answered, he was disrespectful and rude you he was yelling, screaming and swearing.
