When I reached out in May for an attic insulation project estimate, Francisco was so responsive and…read moreset up a time to stop by and take care of the estimate within a day. Unlike some of the businesses we'd contacted, he did more than pop his head into our attic space and give us a cost. He carefully examined our attic space so that he could not only gauge how much insulation we needed but also how to best air seal the attic to increase the insulation efficiency. His final quote for the project was reasonable, and we arranged for a date and time for the project to occur. Not only was the crew on time, they completed the project as promised and were respectful of our living space, doing their best to minimize attic dust and grime from escaping into the main floor where we live. Thank you, Francisco, and your crew for completing the project on time, as promised. Your professionalism and commitment to seeing a project through successfully speaks volumes about your business. I wish you all the best and have already recommended you to other people I know who are in the market for home insulation.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience…read more During an energy audit, my hardwood floor was damaged. I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer's security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel's website has a list of companies you should use I'll provide a list below. With only 140 reviews on google and 21 on yelp the business has been in business for 17 years he says. Yea a lot of people love your business

We purchased a new home in '21 and knew we wanted to do at least three things right off the bat: 1)…read moreinsulate the attic, 2) install solar, and 3) an EV charger. I was pleased to find that REenergizeCO did them all and were more than just an installer but on mission to increase energy efficiency. From start to finish communication was fantastic. They first did the insulation and we noticed a difference almost immediately. They also took care of submitting the Xcel rebate paperwork for it. The solar panels and EVSE came a bit later. Again, they took care of all the paperwork with Xcel. The system has been working without flaw since and saving us tons of money in this inflated energy cost environment. We had them out recently to detach and reset the panels for a roof replacement. They took the opportunity to slightly tweak the layout for better efficiency. Still the same commitment to quality!

The employees that arrived were professional, helpful, courtous, and highly competent. I recommend!

Review: Disorganized and Rude Customer Service…read more I had a job scheduled for 12/9, signed the contract, and was traveling during Thanksgiving week. While I was out of town, Jordan kept blowing up my phone. Their process was never explained to me, and I later found out my installation date was given away because Tyler, who initially scheduled it, "isn't allowed to schedule jobs." When I called back to clarify, Jordan was rude and dismissive from the start. They demanded payment, but I explained I was traveling and didn't have the credit card I wanted to use with me. Instead of understanding my situation, Jordan continued to be unhelpful and condescending. The lack of communication, poor organization, and rude behavior made this experience frustrating and disappointing. If their process had been properly explained upfront, this situation could have been avoided entirely. I wouldn't recommend their services based on this experience. It also blows my mind that Jordan is the General Manager. Wow. Kindness is key.

Every other company we called just wanted to do a total replacement which was going to cost a fortune. Jesus assessed what areas needed replacement and what areas were still viable. As a new business we really appreciated his honesty and his approach. He even ordered some custom material for the ceiling wrap when we asked for black instead of the usual white. Did the research, sourced it, and got it up super quick and clean. Place is well insulated and looks so much better. Thank you Jesus!!

Poor communication habits…read more The agent I chatted with in Yelp chat (Debbie M) responded to my project request for bathroom drywall replacement. She said she was interested in scheduling a project walkthru, and gave me her phone number. Since I'm hard of hearing, I asked if we could instead continue the scheduling discussion via email, to which she agreed, and provided her email address. So I immediately sent her an email... and that was the end of our communication. No response to my email and no further communication via Yelp chat either, despite several prompts from me asking for a response. Completely ghosted. Verdict: Poor communication skills, total waste of my time having engaged with them. Avoid.
