We hired All-Right Roofing to reroof our home after putting off the home improvement for a number of years. Ron came by and gave us an estimate, which included tear-off of the existing material, replacement of any bad sheathing, and installation of new shingles, vents, flashings, etc. The work also included obtaining necessary permits from The city and all follow up inspections that needed to be scheduled. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. This far exceeded our expectation to complete the job in the time frame we were thinking and the crews that came to do the work were extremely professional and accommodating. Ron was extremely patient and answered all our questions throughout the entire process, including updates as to when the various steps in the reroof will take place and when Inspections where to be scheduled with the city. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, cost and warranties of the roof replacement. When they started, they had to move things from around the house so they could do their work. When they finished, they moved everything back in its place and cleaned the yard around the whole house. They also added three vents, at no extra charge, which will help with cooling of the house this summer. Don't contract these BOZOS they come loaded to the job, and party on breaks, lunch and in between. My rolled 500 sq ft roof only lasted me four years. When the rain season came I developed water problems on ceiling drywall, such a pain and costly repair. I since have contracted someone else to reroof and they were able to show me the poor quality of the previous installation. The roof material was not attached well causing water to to come in, nails stained the pool , the catch drains we're reattached crooked etc Note that I really don't have a problem if someone uses their substance but I paid good money for the best materials but they were all under the influence of something and I ended up with a ****** install and a big drywall repair a few years after. i do NOT recommend these guys read more

I called them asking about a roof inspection and a quote for a new roof as this home my clients buying was on its last leg. I'm a real estate broker, contractor, and I have put on a couple roofs myself. After a minute of talking I wanted to know what a ballpark range was per square of asphalt roofing so I we didn't have to waste each others time if it was high as I know what a good price range is (most roofers I've talked to and I've spoken to well over 50 in my life are ok giving ballpark ranges). Well I guess he didn't like that and hung up the phone on me. Sorry... thats not cool. Hope you change that. Response to owner: I understand, it's easy to take 30 seconds and explain you can't, instead of hanging up the phone on me. Also I wanted to get a "ball park" range, make the range big so you can hit a number in the middle after you walk it, and then if it was decent ballpark I wanted to schedule an actual quote/inspection on the roof, so its accurate. I just don't like wasting yours or our time if you're a company that is super high. read more

Since this company had my review removed rather than addressing the issue, I will recount my FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE. This company was working on several roofs in our complex. I cannot speak to the other experiences from other roofs but I can speak to my own. They did not properly tape off the surrounding areas before starting so debris from the re-roofing started falling down. If my kids had been outside, this could have fallen directly on them. They never once came to clean their mess which left multiple sheets of shingles, staples, nails, and screws all over our yard. As a result, my kids and dogs couldn't enjoy our yard for over a week due to nails about 2inches long standing straight up in the grass. I was left cleaning up their mess and the hazards they left behind for days. Had this been the only issue, I wouldn't be leaving a review however, this is not the case. The company couldn't even check the weather report and had to come back in the middle of the night (11pm) to hammer down tarps all while loudly listening to the radio and yelling across the roofs. I understand sometimes things get overlooked but it's not difficult to be considerate of the fact that it's nearly midnight and you don't need to be listening to the radio so loud that it wakes everyone up. We asked them to leave and they refused. When the neighbors asked them to leave because they were waking up their newborn baby, they started yelling obscenities (b***h shut the f**k up) at them. This was completely uncalled for. There's absolutely no reason for them to treat people who are reasonably upset in such a way OR to hammer down a tarp in the middle of the night. After several requests to leave, the sheriff was called and had to force them to leave. Again, this was in my apartment complex so I cannot speak to price, scheduling, etc but this is MY FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE as the resident who lives directly under the roof being worked on and my FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE with speaking to their roofers. My husband used to be a roofer and has worked for both larger and family run businesses and was absolutely appalled that this was happening and how unprofessional and irresponsible they were. He now works in computer science so I can guarantee you there is no conflict of interest here. Hire this company or don't - makes no difference to us - but beware that the roofers who actually work on your roof might very well be incredibly irresponsible and inconsiderate. Since most people get roof repairs/ reroofs in the rainy season... PLEASE do your own due diligence in checking the weather BEFORE they leave and make sure a tarp is hammered down if rain is in the forecast. If not, you may get woken up in the middle of the night to hammering, loud radios, and yelling. read more

After the heavy rains we had yesterday, I believed one my roof shingles had flown off the roof bc I saw it fly down and hit my yard. I didn't want to take any chances. After the winds in the last wind storm tore off some of the tiles from our roof we needed help to replace some broken tiles and missing cap tile. Great service from a team of family members, Ron the owner his brother mike and his daughter valerie. All of them gave me great service throughout my roofing needs. I needed a new roof , called several companies off yelp, all highly rated. Everyone was within the same price, all right roofing gave me some additional discounts for law enforcement and some other things and were very knowledgeable experienced roofers. The owners brother came out to do my fisrt assessment due to my immediate request for service. He went around my property also went ontop of my roof and gave me my options and explained what there process is, i had educated myself prior and asked several specific roofing questions and they answered them with flying colors. They game a specific date the job would start i aggreed, as promissed they started on time. The total job took about 4 days. At the end of each work day they cleaned around my residence making sure it looked as it did before they started. Thorough out the hole process the owner was on the job the entire time. Ron and his team with All-Right Roofing just finished our roof today and we could not be more happy. We got 6 quotes and Ron by far won us over with his friendly, knowledgeable and professional nature as well as being a family owned and run business. Our project got delayed twice by rain, of course not his fault, and Valarie from the office always kept us up to date on schedule changes. We had a leak on one part of the roof so when we got delayed by rain Ron came by and put a tarp over the area for us free of charge. He originally quoted us three days for the work but because the rain delayed us he brought a lot of guys and they hammered an amazing roof out in two days. That includes getting the city out to sign the permit. When they tore the roof old roof off they cleaned my entire yard and even blew out my garage twice to get all the stuff out that fell through the cracks. At the end of the project Ron inspected the roof and sent his guys back up to fix a couple things and then walked the property looking for nail and any other debris and cleaned it all up.
