It seems to be that window cleaning means inside and outside, unless it clearly says one or the other in the contract. The price now went up to include the inside windows. A CLASSIC CASE OF BAIT AND SWITCH. During the cleaning, they broke a panel but I never got a credit to have it repaired. Next, I asked the owner to clear a drain pipe and he said he would send his people. They never showed up.
