Ken took all of those issues into account when he gave us an estimate on the work. We knew we might have to wait for some materials to arrive, but once they did the work proceeded promptly. Given the size of the house and the influence of weather we were happy that everything moved along quickly. Two of our skylights were non-standard sizes and required special attention to detail, and a flatter portion of roof needed to be approached differently as well. When you only replace a roof every 25 years or so it's hard to know what to be watching for, but the finished product exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend KJN Restoration.

David contacted us for a free estimate asking if we would want to call or text him for one. We sent over a text and received a fast response back looking for our address. I want to say, he came the next day to check it out when we weren't home, which was very convenient. He left a quote for us on an invoice in our mailbox and the price was just right! It was reasonably cheaper than a quote we had gotten elsewhere prior. Within the week, they came back to do the job and our garage hasn't flooded since (and there have been some very hard downpours to gauge it). Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend to anyone looking for gutter work.
