The cleaners themselves were incredibly thorough with our kitchen (per our request) and completely cleaned our greasy stove top. We have a 5 and 3 year old whom my wife allows to eat on the couch and anywhere downstairs. Every fingerprint, smudge, grease stain and couch stain are gone. Cleaners were there for about 7 hrs and actually waited another r15 minutes for me to get home to personal inspect their work (which was so unnecessary), but clearly from owner to cleaner they value providing a customer service. Booking with them was incredibly easy, EJ the manager who quoted me was one of those naturally friendly personalities that we wound up chit chatting about the renovation we had done about a year earlier. For the first time in five years our home looks in order and we're so thankful and booked a recurring cleaning service.

The two cleaners arrived right at 9:00 AM, exactly as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard all day. They spent eight hours cleaning our home, and the attention to detail was amazing. Every room looked spotless, and we couldn't find a single area they missed. What really stood out was the follow-up. The company called the next day to make sure we were happy with the service and the amount they were going to bill, and having two team members on the call showed how much they truly care about their customers. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for a thorough, professional deep cleaning. Five stars.

However, let's be honest, you came out to my house almost A MONTH AGO and I heard NOTHING from you until posting my negative review. I am confused at your response as you stated, "We provide complimentary walkthroughs and have for years. I'm sorry you feel that way about an appointment you gladly accepted. It's impossible to provide an accurate estimate and proposal for cleaning services without first seeing the property." Um, you DID see my property and you DIDN'T provide me with an "estimate and proposal for cleaning" as promised! You then stated, "Although these circumstances are beyond our control I understand how you feel and apologize again. This is NOT NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES and we DO NOT DO BUSINESS like this." Not providing an estimate almost a month later when you stated that you would provide an estimate with a couple of days IS WELL WITHIN YOUR CONTROL and clearly this IS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS!!! There is no need for a response. I've done what I set out to do - provide an accurate account of the style of business you run. It's up to the public to see if they want to take their chances with your business.
