This lack of empathy and overall deplorable way of speaking to someone experiencing loss says everything you need to know about the business owner. TrueMaid was recommended to my wife and I by a neighbor. They provided us same week deep cleaning…read morefor a very reasonable price. The cleaners themselves were incredibly thorough with our kitchen (per our request) and completely cleaned our greasy stove top. We have a 5 and 3 year old whom my wife allows to eat on the couch and anywhere downstairs. Every fingerprint, smudge, grease stain and couch stain are gone. Cleaners were there for about 7 hrs and actually waited another r15 minutes for me to get home to personal inspect their work (which was so unnecessary), but clearly from owner to cleaner they value providing a customer service. Booking with them was incredibly easy, EJ the manager who quoted me was one of those naturally friendly personalities that we wound up chit chatting about the renovation we had done about a year earlier. For the first time in five years our home looks in order and we're so thankful and booked a recurring cleaning service.

The two cleaners arrived right at 9:00 AM, exactly as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly hard all day. They spent eight hours cleaning our home, and the attention to detail was amazing. Every room looked spotless, and we couldn't find a single area they missed. What really stood out was the follow-up. The company called the next day to make sure we were happy with the service and the amount they were going to bill, and having two team members on the call showed how much they truly care about their customers. We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone looking for a thorough, professional deep cleaning. Five stars.

We recently had a contractor install a new furnace (located in a 3rd floor closet) and our…read morebeautiful cream carpets were heavily stained during the process. I didn't think it was possible to remove the dirt and mysterious grime on the carpets, and resigned myself to replacing them. I contacted Bonnie at Advanced Systems Carpet Cleaning because of their wonderful reviews and I can say it was absolutely the right choice. I was scheduled immediately and Bonnie and her son literally performed magic, doing a deep cleaning of the damaged areas. I was stunned that they were able to get our carpets back to pristine, beautiful condition. Bonnie is super responsive, easy to work with, fairly priced and a perfectionist about her work. I am ecstatic over the results. Later had them do a clean, color and protectant seal of all of our 1st floor tile. The results were gorgeous and beyond my expectations. No more babying the tile or wasting time doing backbreaking grout scrubbing. Best decision ever. I am looking forward to having Bonnie and her team do the rest of our floors. Thank you for everything!

MIRIAM and her team was on time, communicative, and really paid attention to detail -- from baseboards to kitchen counters, everything looked refreshed and spotless. They even worked efficiently around our schedule, which made planning a breeze. What I appreciated most was how easy it was to get a quote and ask questions before booking -- no confusion, no hidden fees. They left the house feeling actually clean (you know, the kind where you think "wow, I don't feel like cleaning again for weeks"). I would definitely hire them again for both regular and deep cleans. Our experience with A-Team Services LLC was extremely disappointing…read more We first hired them for gutter work, but they left part of the job unfinished, claiming they could not access one section of the gutters. When they returned, they were suddenly able to access that same area without a problem. Despite that experience, we gave them a second chance and hired them to remove shutters and perform exterior trim work. The workmanship was unacceptable. They bent the window flashing, did a terrible job on the trim, left rotted sections in place and painted over them, and failed to properly finish the areas where the shutters had been attached. Nails and shutter pins were left sticking out of the siding instead of being removed and the holes properly caulked. They also left debris and nails scattered around the yard. After the second job was completed, we noticed that the gutters were continuing to clog. We asked the owner, Peter Onorfio, to inspect both the problems with the second job and the gutters. After looking at everything, he said he would take care of it. Several weeks passed, but no one showed up and nothing was corrected. When I finally followed up, his response was essentially, "Yeah, we did what we were supposed to do." He then claimed the gutters were clogging because birds were building nests--an explanation we find highly unlikely given the circumstances and the time of year. Most concerning, the company charged our credit card for the final job without our authorization, even though we had already expressed dissatisfaction with the work. The poor workmanship was bad enough, but the lack of cleanup, failure to correct the problems, unauthorized charge, and dismissive response made the experience even worse. Peter said he wanted to "be our guy," but we would never hire or recommend this company again. Based on our experience, A-Team is more like the "F-Team"
