We specifically requested that they clean the windows, floors, doors, and do an overall deep clean. Unfortunately, they left the house still visibly dirty. There were fingerprints still on the windows, the doors were filthy, the stove hadn't been touched, and the floors were not cleaned properly. In fact, when I returned the next day with someone else to finish the job, the mop water was dark with dirt--clear proof that the floors hadn't been cleaned at all. This was a careless and lazy job. We paid for a service that was simply not delivered, and I had to spend additional time and money to get the home cleaned properly. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Ashley almost immediately got back to me and we set up a consultation for the same day. Which worked perfectly because I'll be working from home until my next work trip. So that was very convenient. We seemed to mesh very well with our personalities and she more than filled me in on what I was to expect. I told her I was having family over on Sunday so I kind of needed it done ASAP. Although her schedule had already been made she decided to fit me in the next day which was today (Saturday the 30th). She showed up with Ricky who's a great guy (Easy to talk to) and they cleaned up my condo head to toe in an hour and a half. This place is spotless right now.
