They wouldn't install new electric fans/heaters in early December and made us wait until mid-January. Once installed, the fans were extremely noisy like an airplane engine! When I asked about this, I was told that it was how those fans are. (In fact, I have others that are much quieter.) I provided the ring equipment and they charged me for labor. I had done this same install at my home myself in less than one hour but couldn't get there to handle it. They claim they sent 3 guys who spent 2.5 hours to complete the job and charged me $929. They refused to modify the bill when I called them out on it. This bill should have been no more than $370. They are non appologetic price gougers of the first degree and are basically ripping off their customers.
