Since I know nothing about brackets and mounts, he offered to purchase the materials I needed and bring them with him. My building required a COI which he provided within minutes. On the day of the job he arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I had work to do in the other room and he didn't bother me once. He called me in a little while later and the TV was securely mounted. It was my fault that I never went to see what he was doing - I told him I would've preferred the TV to be mounted a few inches higher. Eero was zero help and just kept having me buy more units, but I knew hardwiring and getting some Cat6 cables into my most important rooms was the real solution. Enter, Anthony. He came out and checked the layout and dead zones, gave me a quote and came and did a giant day of pulling wires to fix everything. Since then, no issues while on zoom or streaming. He and his team were clean, kind and thorough. They put everything back and installed perfectly straight wallplates. They even cleaned up all the wires and organized my electrical closet and made it look nice. They didn't have to do that, but it was a very pleasant surprise to see it! I'm a tough customer, hard to please, and Wired 4 Entertainment did an excellent job in upgrading our home to 2022.

You guys, the reviews are not lying! Sometimes when a business has nothing but good reviews, it may seem too good to be true. I can assure you, they are as good as they seem online. I texted the number on the their site around 2:30pm. I got a response in about a minute, no joke! He arrived at my house at 4:45pm and was done in about 15 minutes or less. We had great conversation, he was very friendly and kind. I am extremely impressed with how prompt and efficient the installation was done and how the customer service was overall. I didn't get the gentleman's name but thank you so much!! I will definitely be recommending this business to all my friends and family!

A few months later after we'd settled into our new home, we contacted Andrew again and scheduled him for the job. He provided us with the mounting bracket as well, we just provided him with the information of our TV make, model and size. He was super communicative and professional. He mounted our TV within an hour, during our toddler's midday nap. Andrew only accepts cash. With the mounting service plus the mount he provided us it was like about $220 give or take. I can't remember the exact cost but his prices are more than fair for the quality and care you receive. You'd be paying more for a task rabbit service and they most likely don't even provide you with the bracket you need. Highly recommend giving Andrew a call or messaging him on Yelp. Our TV was mounted and is no longer in arm's reach of our little one and we've minimized the risk of the TV falling onto him. A big win all around!
