Our TV mount broke, and the TV fell (but thankfully didn't fall all the way to the floor and break!). We called Rob, and he came out the next day to install the new mount that we bought. He was quick and thorough. He went the extra mile to make sure it was secure. We would call him again if we need a TV mounted. read more
