Beware - Greasy Tactics and Counterfeit Items at an "Authentic" Collectibles Show…read more I attended a Card Show hosted by Pro Sports Zone, which markets itself as an authentic collectibles store. To my shock, counterfeit Labubu figures were being sold right on the store owner's table. When I informed the owner, he brushed it off, saying, "It's not my problem -- the jewelry guy is selling them." The reality? He was selling them for that vendor, on his own table, while the vendor failed to disclose they were fakes. When confronted about selling counterfeits at an event advertised for authentic items, he claimed it wasn't his responsibility to verify authenticity -- an incredibly greasy and unprofessional stance for a so-called collectibles expert. On a separate review page the owner tried to skirt responsibility by saying he was only a vendor, but didn't include that he was the proprietor of the vendor show and allowed the counterfeits to be put on his own table. This disregard for integrity is unacceptable. I have reported Pro Sports Zone to the FTC, the Attorney General, and Popmart's copyright infringement department. If you value authenticity, ethics, and respect for the collecting community, avoid Pro Sports Zone and any events it hosts. Supporting counterfeit sales -- and then dodging responsibility -- is the lowest form of business.

Used to love Dunham's. They sell good products at reasonable prices. But their declining customer…read moreservice and support of their products had declined greatly. I recently purchased a canopy at the Dearborn Heights, MI store and upon setting up for the first time, the corner seam ripped. When I worked for Dunham's we would have returned the defective product and dealt with the mfr. Now Dunham's just hands you (the customer) a phone number and says good luck dealing with the mfr. In today's customer centric retail world, that is not acceptable. If this is how Dunham's chooses to treat customers, I fear they are not going to remain competitive.

Honestly I would have changed my previous review to five stars if it was based solely on the interaction with the cashier. He was kind, helpful, competent & went above & beyond to assist me in returning a sweater I had gotten as a gift. I.n order to refund me he needed a manager override. He paged the manager twice. Mind you, there was literally two people in the place. After waiting for 20 minutes for the manager to make an appearance, the manager strolls out from what I assume is the front office casuallu strolls out with zero shards of urgency. He says nothing to me not his employee (rude as hell on both accounts) & punches his number in before strolling away. No "sorry for the wait!" Or "thank you!" To his employee. Just despicable. No wonder this place is going out of business!

With that being said, I came in on PURPOSE to this empty store and decided to buy some Lions' gear for me and my hubby. Upon cashing out, the cashier was RUDE! I helped take my items off the hangers and I folded them. The cashier took the items and instead of trying to keep them neat, shook them out and scanned it, but not removing the security tag. So I asked if he was going to. I had two sweatshirts and a T-shirt. He then asks if I wanted A BAG??!! Why would I carry items out in my hand when folks with less items left with bags? Just weird and not a good experience. I probably won't be back.
