My salesperson, Burny, (that's how he spells his name) was very informative and helped me select the best elliptical for me that was within my budget. Mike arranged for my delivery that was seamless and the delivery staff was incredibly respectful which made the entire process extremely easy. We set a time for the delivery and they were prompt. I have used my elliptical almost everyday and it has been a life saver for me during Covid because I have been VERY busy. Even though my gym has reopened I resigned from my club because the ability to workout at home has been lifechanging. I cannot recommend this team enough because treated me like a valued client even though it was my first purchase. It will not be my last!

He was able to analyze my gait and get an idea of what I needed based on the answers I gave to his questions. He was also able to recommend some compression shorts to my husband while we were there. We never felt pressured into purchasing anything and it's clear they run a smooth operation. The price we paid for the shoes I picked out were comparable to what we found online as well. YRC is definitely a gem of a store on Michigan Ave and an excellent resource in Ypsi.
