The pool chemicals were so unbalanced that it burnt our eyes to use the pool. When things weren't right and I complained he just made one excuse after another. He tried to charge me $300 for $180 part, after saying he would get it for me at cost. I bought it myself, then I fired him half way through the month. He would not refund the rest of my payment. Proof of his dishonest dealings. Be wise...do not use this guy.

I've known Craig for a while and he has always done my pool drains and refills. He helped when I did it myself and turned the pool green a few times. He gives great advise and he never tries to sell you anything. Ask him and he will tell you what he can do for you. You get what you want without bells and whistles that don't mean anything. They also put in my new variable speed pump. They installed it for $1,000 less then the closest bids I gathered. Mind you there is no buddy discount here, you don't need it with Klearly Kleaned. They are cheap and are REALLY GOOD at this stuff! They now do my weekly service for a great price. I have had 0 issues. I use the pool with my wife and two dogs, at least twice a day. I told them yesterday it was a little cloudy from the wind storm and excessive use. He showed up today and now it's clear as glass! Just know that you won't be overcharged for BS and you'll get great service. More importantly a super Klean pool. Thanks guys!

Although I wasn't dissatisfied with the pool company I was using, I figured I would give them a try. Extremely glad I did. First, their customer service was very friendly. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The tech who came out to service my pool was Jamie. He was extremely nice and very pleasant. He was also very knowledgeable. I appreciated him explaining to me in detail everything he did. I always thought my pool looked good after being cleaned from my previous company but Clean Bottom Pools showed me I was wrong. Jamie made my pool sparkle like never before! My pools looks amazing! He did a great job! Another plus is I got a report of what was done as well as pictures of my finished pool. Although I was not looking for a new pool company, I have found one. The first couple of years were…read morefabulous and the pool was always in top shape. over the past couple of years the water quality had rapidly declined. I would notice almost on a monthly basis that the pool water appeared to be partially drained and refilled due to seeing the aftermath of where the water was let out on the side of the house (I now believe this was being done to clarify the water and save on chemicals) . Over the past year everytime my kids or I got in the pool it instantly turned to chocolate milk. I noticed that the walls and steps were NEVER brushed and my pool starting growing slim (despite routine maint by CBP). Took a water sample to Leslie and the pool had ZERO chlorine in it! Not sure if this was to save money NOT using routine chemicals for the pool and thus making my pool look like a slime pit. also have been brushing my own walls and steps due to this never being done. I have seen the tech come into the yard skim some leaves and leave... not sure what is going on with CBP these days....

As a company Pool Kings rock!…read more Not only did they get here a day after my calling to inquire about purchase and install a new pool filter, the total cost with labor and new plumbing was $150 less than the retail price of the filter alone on Leslie's website. Had I only thought of them two days before when my 14 year old pump went kaput (whose replacement I bought at Leslie's since no one else could deliver until May 11). In any case, $300 saved on cartridges because they come with the filter (duh!!!) and $500 saved on filter itself, plus no hassle of having to install and replumb myself. To boot the serviceman Mike even programmed the variable speeds on my new pump for me! Now that's service!!! Only 4 hours a day on max (cleaning) speed plus 6-8 hours of low (skim) speed, compared to 10 hours full speed (since it's an hour a day per 10 degrees here in the Valley of the Sun) should save me a bundle on electricity this summer. While an expense I didn't need, especially when working at 50% hours it's worth the peace of mind as the brutal Phoenix summer nears. I've used Pool Kings since I bought my house four years ago for consultations, pool draining and occasional maintenance. The customer service (huge shout out to Melissa!) has always been top notch and they always come through in a jam. Highly recommend!
