It has come to my attention that All Plastic has recently become a victim of an unfortunate spam campaign with the goal of defaming the business through deceitful, fraudulent reviews. Notice how a sudden surge of 1-star reviews were posted within days/weeks of each other. It appears that a disgruntled customer has a personal vendetta against the owners. Yelp is supposed to be a tool to encourage individuals to disseminate helpful information about their honest experiences, not sabotage one's reputation through fake reviews. Let me explain this in more detail. Your customer service people at your front counter that take customer order information could care less about what I wanted and offered no help on how to finish the piece I needed and acted as if they had no idea how to do anything. The only thing they new how to do is take my payment. And the job was not done when they promised it would be done. Had to come back a day later to pick. I'm glad you're able to review your video, but if you think that your people gave me good customer service then you are as careless as your people giving customer service, so I will never come back to your business and receive your careless customer service!!! It's about the careless ATTITUDE that you give for customer service!!! When I asked to have edges softened they took it to the back and returned and said they could not soften the edges so they did not do anything for free!!! read more

If I could review this place with zero or even negative stars, I certainly would. I truly am a supporter of local businesses but ALL PLASTICS customer service,  quality,  accuracy, ethics and conduct is disgusting. I'm surprised they're still in business.   First of all,  they hardly answer the phone. I called five times within three hours... They only answered once.  The call experience left me flustered and down right pissed at the  quality of call handling being conducted.  The "lady" I spoke to had a horrible attitude, was not knowledgeable, and just didn't seem to care about anything except that my call was disturbing whatever she was doing.   I felt so disrespected. Her attitude delivered the message loud and clear that they do not want to stay on business. She clearly takes her job for granted and is just plain disrespectful af by talking down to people like that.   Secondly, I told my hubby about my experience. He thought I was being a little sensitive and over reactive since I am in my second trimester of my first pregnancy... He decided to drop by ALL PLASTICS while he had some spare time during his day.  He was inquiring about the same thing I had called about and something else.  In the end, his experience there was just as negative as mine and the rest of the reviews I've read so far. This place is nothing but a joke. I went here couple times and not once got a good service. I ordered a plastic box and told them that I want an exact measurement. When I went to pick it up. They were almost 1/2" smaller. They said it should work for my project. How would they know if it's going to work for me or not. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Will NOT go here again. Can I tell you how angry I am. My name is Sherry and I own my own business. I went to this company to get some pricing on manufacturing my inventions. I decided to ignore the bad reviews. My heart just felt that they were spam. I was right. Will and Cheryl Smith were amazing from the minute I walked in the door. So I went to the place to have an emblem that is about 6" by 18" emblem. The fabricator came out and after measuring and suggestions told me it would be about 1 hour to set up the cnc machine and it would take the machine about 15mins to cut it out. The fabricator called in one of the owners who gave me a price quote of $290!!! How did an hour of work and $10 in materials turn into $290!!! I abruptly walked out of course since I could buy aluminum emblems for $90. Having to do some addictional errands I came across another irate potential customer who this same owner tried to ripoff...stay away from this place. Just go to Tap Plastic. read more

Placed a fairly large order with them, making sure that they had the products in stock that I purchased. The woman there confirmed and said it will ship within 3 days since all they have to do is package it up. Two weeks later they ship my order. Since she was the person I placed the order with she literally had no excuse. She actually said,"...well, on the next order just try to remind us." Not kidding. "...just try to remind us". I told her unfortunately there wouldn't be a next time but thanks for the helpful advice. read more

Had an amazing experience with this shop the other day! Took in a small part to my favorite lamp that had broken, expecting an expensive repair/replacement cost. But they suggested an easier, MUCH less expensive repair option for me, fixed it on the spot, and were super helpful in the process. I was back out the door in no-time. Someone should teach these people at All Plastic a lesson in manners and respect. I called twice to get quoted on some rectangular clear boxes that i was in need of for an art show to present my pieces in and the lady that was helping me get a quote was very rude and unhelpful. I went over measurements and details multiple times and she kept huffing and puffing after everything i said as if i was asking too much just to get a simple quote. The second time i called, i believe the same woman answered and asked me to stop in because it was too hard to understand me and she doesn't want to "waste her time speaking on the phone with me to get nowhere". I feel a little disrespected and after being referred by a good friend, i will say I'm not going to give you guys my business. Might be a good idea to have all employees take an etiquette class on how to treat customers. read more

I was able to get the acrylic pieces I needed for my project cut to my exact dimensions. The price was very reasonable, and the parts were completed in a timely manner. I see that there were some customer service issues listed in some other reviews, but I didn't experience any. I'd say just the opposite, as I first called and spoke to someone there to confirm they could cut my parts, and then I dealt with two different people in person (one dropping off, and one picking up). All were helpful and professional. This is pretty much what I'd expect from any business, but what I've found lacking in many other places. So, I'd give them a thumbs up! read more

Have had multiple purchases from this company over last several years. I can appreciate that they help me establish what is needed for my project vs what I think I need. They have made suggestions that have improved my designs. Their prices are reasonable and the completed projects are right on spec and timely. I've purchased at least a dozen custom pieces from them. When they first opened, I had some concerns, mainly wildly different quotes for similar things, a couple delayed orders. However, after a few months, they really got on the ball, and I've had zero issues since. Most of the stuff I do has to be accurate to a very high tolerance, say 1/64 an inch or less. and they never have any problem. I'll send them AutoCAD files, and their CNC cuts matches my CNC (for wood) perfectly every time. They are quite a bit cheaper, and more helpful than Tap Plastics, so they are my recommended place for all your custom plastic needs! read more

I walked in here to check out some lighting panels, after calling the store twice with no answer. Man this place is a joke and a mess ! Terrible costumer service, impatient and rude with costumers, not very knowledge about their products. I think they should do a better job with hiring competent employees with experience when it comes to plastic. I wont be returning here anytime in the future, or referring anyone else. I just got my new hobby laser, and wanted to do some test cutting of acrylic. I was going to just get some pieces at the hardware store, but my friend recommended this place. Turns out they not only sell every kind of acrylic I could think of, they also actually sell scrap pieces really cheap. They've got a whole bin full of these leftovers. This was perfect for testing. I think I spent less than $20 for quite a few pieces of different thicknesses, sizes, and even colors. The things I plan to make with my laser are so small, I can probably just keep coming back to this bottomless well. I also had a nice chat with one of the guys there about laser engraving, which was very informative. I'd definitely recommend this place, and I'll be coming back. read more

They seem to do quite a bit of plastic stuff, but they are clueless in regards to fiberglass. When I ask questions in person, or on the phone, about the fiberglass products they sell they have no clue about them. The worst customer experience I've ever had. I don't normally take time out of my day to go on a website and write a review good or bad but I have to make an exception I was at all plastic I ordered seven different pieces of plastic cut in different shapes and sizes had paid for these items and all is well. Once I go in to pick up these items I find the two items weren't included in the order and I was a little bummed out that I was going to have to now pay extra to get the two items added to the order that I had already emailed over to them and when the owner discovered that I wasn't happy, by asking me are you happy? and me saying no I'm not really happy. she proceeded to take away the items that I already paid for and had already been cut and delivered taking them away from me and immediately saying that we're going to refund your money and I don't get to keep the items. I don't want the money, I want the items. It was so odd to me why she would take these away from me and immediately refund me without asking. It was like I was being treated like a kid who was in trouble. we then get into an argument over why I can't keep my items that I paid for and it then just kept spiraling downward into an even worse customer experience. I've decided to just yet Go My Own Way and run over to TAP plastics and they took care of me and I actually paid less than what I would have at all plastic I would avoid this business at all cost possible. Heaven for bid you actually want to buy something there and don't act like you're the happiest person in the world they will rip them from your hands and threaten to unleash their attorneys on you when you mention a bad yelp review... All Plastic has cut items for me on several occasions to my dimensions for small projects I've had. I usually just go in and look through the cut piece bins, look at thickness/material samples and decide what I need. They have done the work while I wait and the prices always seem very reasonable. read more

I went to All Plastic to see if they could fabricate some pieces I needed to modify my plastic picket fence posts to accomodate some solar lights to replace the caps on each of the five posts. I brought a sample of the post size with me and asked Will how to proceed. He confirmed the measurements of the pieces I would need and suggested that I consider assembling the pieces myself after they cut them rather than having them do the assembly as it wasn't that hard and would be a lot less expensive. He then proceeded to have the pieces cut and he showed me how to assemble them. This all took the better past of a half hour for which the charge was $12.65 for the plastic, plus a couple dollars for the glue he recommended. I am very happy with more than satisfied with both the service and the product, not to mention the price, I received from All Pastic and will recommend them to anyone who asks about a god place to get any plastic product. read more
