The last complaint email sent to Mr. Rawls was dated 4-7-2020. This company appears not to have any customer skills, nor do they care about customer service and return customers. I have instructed my contractor not to pay the "quoted" receipt given until such time that we receive a written response back from Mr. Rawls regarding our complaint and issues. Future customers beware of un-knowledgeable staff regarding Timber Teck products and pricing and poor limited product displayed. 7-5-2020 update to above: Mr Rawls still has not contacted us but instead had one of office staff make a phone call to us. It is very apparent that customer service is not a strong key issue with Mr. Rawls. It is a good experience for us that we now know that companies that have been in business this long, in the area, does not always mean quality! I just can't say enough good about this company. The story goes like this. I placed an order with Pacific Columns in CA in June. Follow-up was horrible. Customer Service at Pacific Columns was horrible. HORRIBLE!!!! Employee turnover at Pacific Columns was even worse. No one knew what was going on. Somewhere along the line, one of the people at Pacific Columns accidentally told me that the actual manufacturer of my column was TURNCRAFT ARCHTECTURAL in Oregon. Oooops ... should never have told me that! I contacted TURNCRAFT and found that they didn't even have my order. This happened about 2 months after I placed the original order. I explained my plight to TURNCRAFT! THEY WERE ON-BOARD IMMEDIATELY!!! Complete follow-through with my phone calls. I had to send TURNCRAFT the complete order all over again, they never did get it from P.C. TURNCRAFT notified me every step of the manufacturing process ... and then let me know when the column was being shipped. Everything turned out exactly as they said! I spoke directly with Ben and Forrest at Turncraft and these dudes know exactly how to run a business!!! Professional all the way! I just received and installed the column at my customer's business this week. NO glitches whatsoever! I highly recommend TURNCRAFT ARCHITECTURAL.
