Well, shame on me. I have had a contract with All Pest Pros for over 15 years. They never treated any termite issues and charged me a yearly payment of $450. They only went around the house poking holes with a stick showing some termite damage, but never treating it. I requested an estimate to replace all the Termite damaged wood. They give me an estimate and then they had another rep come out to give me another estimate. One estimate was for 24,500 and the reestimate was for $5500 for days work. Crooks. I said about a week ago in the middle of the night I thought I'd heard a metal bang up in the attic... just one time. When he did the attic portion of the inspection he invited me up the ladder to watch as he did the thorough walkabout of every part of the attic. Very disappointed. We paid $1100 for a years service for rats in the attic. They supposedly patched all openings although we continued to hear rats. They came another 5 times at our request to set traps and check traps as we continued to unmistakably hear rats. One visit they removed a rat yet we continued to hear rats. This morning we heard them again and when we called to have them come out they refused and told us there are no rats and it must be something else like a bird ( on our tile at 4:00 in the morning? ) they refused to come again although our contract for 1 year is up In September and hung up on us. I want to amend my report on All Pest Pros. I never did succeed in speaking with an owner--something I think should have happened. But yesterday, two technicians came for a follow-up visit to check the roof. One of the techs found an area with a hole in the roof where he said roof rats had entered. This, after the roof was recently replaced with a 25 year guarantee. They mixed concrete and patched the area. The technicians have always seemed professional. The complain about this company emanated from the inability of the office to write the services rendered out for me to my satisfaction. I'm highly irritated because I had to call the office to inquire why was the technician Albert late The excuse given was delay at previous call and traffic Well maybe that excuse would be reasonable and accepted if Albert had not called at 145pm stating he would be at my home by 245...also my understanding is appointments are made within the same general area...what traffic!!!!! but most importantly if you called me to say you would be at my home by 245 when you saw that was not going to occur where was the customer service to call me back and update....now i was told by the office he would be here in 20 mins!!! We are 3 different owners in 3 different condos, but we share a roof. We have used this company for a few years and had been very happy with the service. However, this year they call themselves All Pest Pros, but they are not very good anymore. I don't know if they have changed hands or what, but they are a mess. We were told by the inspector that all was fine, and then 1 is received a repot saying call a construction company to repair! I called and requested a report for my other neighbor and myself, and I received one addressed to my other neighbor. This went on and on. We were told the inspector was I'll and they would try to read his notes etc. this has been going on since January. I think I even have a credit that wasn't applied but I give up. NO MORE using this company, time to move on. read more

I'm with this company since last Nov, which is my first serves was done. They didn't completed the work and have to come out the 2nd time to finished. They also missed my scheduled time and I have to wait for extra time. It happen to my 2nd serves on Feb too. They have done very lousy job. On the contract it says cover lots of things but they only do what they like to do. They are not a baby that need my monitor all the time. They should know what they need to do to get the job done. Hired these guys when I discovered a rodent in my house. They came out on the premise of an inexpensive way to set traps, etc., but convinced me that I need a service for almost $300 instead. They put out 7 traps and didn't catch anything. Finally after almost 4 weeks a rodent was killed! YAY! But when I called for them to come get the rodent, I was informed the didn't come out on Saturday and wouldn't have an appointment available for 9 days! Are you kidding me? I paid my gardener to get the thing out of my house and the follow up "customer service" resulted in NO CUSTOME SERVICE. 7 rodents were snap trapped but ALL PEST PROS wouldn't come to get even one of them out of my house! Their contract reads they will also close up any holes they discover where rodents are getting in - nope, they didn't do that, either. Nope - this place won't get another day of my business. AND they are so dumb, they never even followed up in the beginning with the appointment to snap trap my garage for another $300. Watch out for these guys unless you want to hire someone else when a rodent is caught in their traps. Terrible, terrible, terrible. read more

For years we have had mice and rats in our attic. After years of setting traps and removing dead rodents, we contacted All Pest Pros for an estimate and decided to go with them to clean out our attic. After the initial inspection of the outside of our house and in the attic, they can back and sealed all the possible openings that the critters were using to enter our attic. They then can back and cleaned out the entire attic of any carcasses, droppings, and all of the insulation of our attic. The attic was then sanitized and new insulation was placed in our attic. They also placed a couple of traps in the attic for any possible critters that might somehow find a way in. They returned a couple of weeks later to inspect the traps and the traps where empty (yay)! Because of the warranty, we can call All Pest Pro back if where hear or suspect any critters made their way back in the attic. I want to say that this process does not come cheap, but their crew did any excellent job of clearing everything out of the attic and replacing the insulation. This is not a job that we were willing to undertake, so you must decide if the money is worth someone cleaning all the critters out of your attic and whatever they leave behind (yuk). Everyone from their company was courteous, professional, hard working, and the crew did not leave any mess. The last inspection the worker was running late, and we were notified of this and the new time he was to arrive (much appreciated). The two crew members who did the actual cleaning process and insulation get 5+ stars (and even more) for their efforts. We have a large attic and these guys worked ALL day for 2 days. The second day, they worked until 9 pm (with our permission), and then they had a 2 hour drive back home! read more

Then, Kevin C. spent all day at our home making sure all entry points for rodents were sealed. They came out and told me I had termites in the attic, garage and outside boards. They treated with orange oil. No more termites in the attic. They come out yearly and treat if any found. This company completed termite work for us more than 5 years ago, we pay for annual inspections and treatment to prevent structural damage and repair bills. We have paid $400 annually, had one inspection which required treatment and repair which they did BUT this year the inspector found a fairly large area of damange which required work. All Pest Pros referred us to a company they work with for their repairs however we had to pay for the work ($1975) which should have been covered in the annual agreement. Two phone calls to speak with their management to no avail..................poor service, I would not recommend this business to anyone! read more

This is a scam company, they will bait and switch you, they will not compete unless you force them to work that has been promised. They will tell you , yes we will complete these three things, then they will complete two and as i say, unless you force them, that will be it. We had had enough of this type of scam, back and forth, so we paid them for what they completed, and cancelled the balance. They then turned us over to a collection agency for the balance!!!!! A salesman came to my home spoke to my wife about repairing the roof for rodents, removing and clean out the old insulation and then coming back in 30 days to blow in new insulation. After having a TERRIBLE time with All Pest Pros NOT completing the job they were hired to do and not doing any portion in a timely manner as well as their customer service representative being incredibly rude over the phone I have now left TWO messages for the owner of the Co. Tony Jacobs as well as a message for his brother & co owner Danny Jacobs at their other place of business, their Construction Co. in Santa Clarita! I left the messages early yesterday morning and afternoon and have still not received a call back. I am still stuck with exposure and NO insulation thanks to All Pest Pros removing my insulation buffer before they actually sealed off the entry points as they were hired to do and as they promised. I'm on day TWO of this. My house is freezing cold and the rats that I can still hear up in my attic are causing damage to my now exposed drywall and beams. The attic is now more of a mess than when I hired this Co. and still I wait with no manager or owner coming out here to take care of the situation they have chosen to leave my home in. No phone call to apologize or to try to accommodate my family in getting this handled in a timely manner. I had a very positive experience with this company. In my case I hired them to clean out our old insulation, sanitize the attic (rodent and possum dropping, etc), and install new insulation. Their representative Jose was friendly and provide a clear explanation of the process. He provided an estimate and I appreciate it that he did not employ any of the pressure tactics I've come to expect from contractors. The price was reasonable si I scheduled the work. It was done as scheduled and in the time estimated. The crew was polite and kept the work area clean (although it is impossible to completely avoid dome dust). After they finished, they had me view the work. The job was professional and thorough. Afterwards i had to contact the office regarding a question I had. I am used to getting ignored by contractors once they have been paid but I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of this company. Kimberly from their office called me and resolved my question to my complete satisfaction. I strongly recommend this company for their work ethic and customer service. Do NOT hire this company to remove rats from your home. We had an absolutely terrible experience. While the initial inspector was great - very thorough and took his time inspecting the property - it quickly went downhill from there. The technician was inexperienced, did an extremely sloppy job applying the concrete patches (which crumbled away immediately), broke our dryer vent, and did not set traps before leaving the property. A supervisor came the next day, vehemently denied responsibility for the dryer vent, admitted that the tech was inexperienced, and indicated that all the work would have to be redone. His attitude left me no choice but to hire another company. I told All Pest Pros that, based on the poor quality of service and damage to my property, I would not need their service and then hired someone else. They have never apologized, have refused to either refund the deposit or reimburse me for the cost of the repair, and have threatened to send the account to collections.
