I wasted my time going twice and sharing my kids medical information, for the following reasons: they say they see kids until they are 18 and my kid is about to be 17 but because he wasn't seen at this clinic since birth, then they won't see him. Kid #2 arrived to USA 5 months ago and I shared the paperwork of the 2 physicals and vaccines she has received so far, but they required medical records since birth. Regardless that I explained they have never been hospitalized and have no medical issues, they won't see my children. I guess that if you have kids that are immigrant, don't go to "All Pediatric Care of Spring Hill", it is definitely not for "ALL". read more

My experience with Dr. Belavilas has been more than excellent physician for my brother. This doctor has taken her time understood and listened. In the past my brother under went such stress growing up because of his anxiety. His stomach was such an issue to even go to school. I have been going to primary doctors for so long and never found someone who listened like Dr. Belavilas. To me having a physician so kind and understanding is so important. She has helped us and spoken with truth when it also came to his issues of tummy and tippy toes. This office always went above and beyond bent over backwards just to take care of my brother and it turned out he had strep throat every single time. What doctor does that and some doctors just prescribe you antibiotic's and let it go she never did that she took the time to look into it she ordered some test she did her research just to find out what's going on with his stomach. The other major situation she helped us figure out My brothers tippy toes situation has caused him a lot of stress and anxiety. when he went through the surgery it was no easy task but Dr. Belavilas was there throughout the way. The office staff was kind and attentive by checking on us to see how we were doing. I cannot stress enough this doctor listens to you! She understands you when your have a concern she will tell you the right path she would not ever miss lead you. Even at times when my brother had an issue and had a broken arm Dr. Belavilas was there to recommend help when I needed it. The office staff is so pleasant so kind when I called them that horrific day. Re-experience any traumatic trauma for my brother is scary. Dr. Belavilas guided us to some peace of mind that everything will be OK, it's normal for when there's broken arms or situations like this. The I cannot stress this enough this doctor goes above and beyond for your child, and anything that goes against your child she will tell you this is not right for your child. I've come across happy patients in the lobby and then I've come across the very negative parent who miss treat office staff because of something negative that they're going through with their child. Some parents need to take classes on how to treat human beans which is staff members insulting staff members in front of others is so uncalled for. Disrespecting the staff or even disrespecting the Doctor. People can be so uncivilized and barbaric just because they didn't go and get their way for something their child did not need. This doctor would never deny care for your child. So it makes me furious for me to see people post untruthful Google reviews. Who ever calls a physician or a staff member a dumb, or idiotic. Clearly doesn't have the based knowledge of understanding of the situation and only care for their needs and not their child's. To me being in the medical field have come across many people like that. When the physician gives you a medical advice that means that they recommend the best for your child. So obviously whoever is calling a physician an idiotic person did not want to listen because they didn't get their way in the first place. I don't understand why people have to act trashy and crummy! clearly they we're argumentative in the first place! Called in as a new patient and the woman answering the phone in unwilling to answer which insurance they take in order for us to have an insurance change. Since this area is so rural, the suburbs doesn't have many options which is why I am willing to go through the hassle to change my child's insurance to get a PCP near by. Unfortunately this woman working for this office made it CLEAR that they do not want anyone to change their insurance to come see this doctor. She said and I quote "call your current insurance to get another doctor in your network". Very unethical she added the practice is a private practice and they can refuse to see patients based on their medical record which we must first fill out a transfer of records to their location prior to getting an appointment. All this while being the first time to call and reach out as a new patient. RACIST staff to say the least. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR CHILDREN ELSEWHERE! RUN. read more

Very Disappointed. I've worked in a pediatric office in the past and would have never put a family in need in the position Dr. Jandali put us in. If my child was in need, I would doubt this office. I took in a child to shelter from a DCF emergency placement. Pediatricians know they want the child seen right away. Due to the state taking custody, the insurance was switched and we had to search for a new doctor. Last week, I was not allowed to schedule an appointment without her records and filling out new paperwork. We are in a Quarantine and nothing online, only in person requests to complete. I was told once this was finished I could schedule her for a 12 month check-up. So, Records sent and received after a three day weekend, and when they found out it was a foster child, I was told the doctor is not taking any more foster children. This is not right and we have to start the process over with another doctor. Caring is no longer in the mix. I would not suggest them from the rude staff and all the hoops they make you go through, and for me, I went through them, only to be told at the end it was for nothing and they refused to see her. Have used this office for 27 years and 2 kids and never an issue. Yesterday had to take daughter in for what appeared to be Covid. Pulled into my spot and techinician was out in 5 mins with a swab. Negative for Covid! Swabbed for strep. Strep was positive, nurse practitioner came out to talk to me, with prescription in hand. Done in 20 mins. I have had a great experience with the practice, both Lutz and Spring Hill. Dr. B and her husband are amazing. They show compassion and concern for the children. The MAs in the office are kind and professional. They temporarily closed the Lutz office and we love Dr. B so much we drive to Spring Hill (45 minutes) just to see her. read more

Office staff is unbelievably unprofessional., and there's a huge turnaround with staff. Don't bother trying to get a hold of the office manager, she doesn't take or return calls. Belavilas because I read her reviews and I heard from other people that she was an amazing doctor and she is by far the best I drove all the way from Virginia for her to month checkup just so she can see how my daughter is doing and to get her shots I would definitely recommend Dr B to anyone who is having a baby or who has a child she is truly amazing and me and Gracelyn are very grateful to have such a wonderful pediatrician she's very caring thoughtful and shows you the utmost respect hopefully she sticks around for the next 18 years so Gracelyn can have her as her doctor she is located out of the Oak Hill Hospital office and the front staff are amazing as well very kind all Pediatric Care is the way to go if you have children just FYI read more

The doctors are inconsiderate. They treated my family like complete trash. The MD that transferred from oak hills unit to spring hill was nothing but rude. She tried saying that we need to feed a newborn baby every 30 minutes at 1 week old. She made a new mom feel like a piece of dirt under her shoe when they should be uplifting and supportive to them and give advice instead of belittling someone for what bottles they are using. read more

Dr. Belavilas in Oakhill Hispitals all pediatric care is the best pediatrician we could have ever found for our kids. She is so compassionate and dedicated to her patients and always reminding us that we "are not alone and we will get through this together". My kids absolutely love her as do my husband and I. She is not just our children's pediatrician, she is family. I highly recommend Dr. Belavilas of all pediatric care for any and every child in spring hill/Brooksville. I know that so many others can concur because often times when we go to that office in oakhill, we always hear other patients parents telling her and her staff the same thing. She is such a blessing. Wonderful staff. Very kind and helpful, sweet to the children. They always have cool bandaids and stickers. The rooms have pretty paintings and dinosaur beds. My son's nurse who gives him shots is the best, she's so sweet and caring. Dr Sami always has my son's best interest. I wouldn't change doctors for anything. read more
