The repair was completed quickly and they were very honest about the outcome and if further repairs would be needed. I did experience one issue. After picking up the vehicle, I discovered the driver's side wiper blade had been badly bent while in their care. I called my service advisor and told him about the issue, and he immediately denied responsibility. I've attached a screenshot of the wiper blades from their walk around video at drop off, and a photo of the damaged wiper blade after I picked the vehicle up. Anyway, I stopped at Auto Zone and replaced my front blades for $30 on my way home, so it wasn't a big deal. It just should not have been returned to me damaged.

Nope! They drove it until it wouldn't drive any more. Then they called and said I needed a transmission at the cost of $9,400! I was pretty sure it was not the transmission but the transfer case. I Called and told them I was coming to get my truck. The manager said "how about if I drop the price by two thousand dollars. That when I knew they were thieves. They still made me pay over a thousand dollars to get my truck back. Took a minute to see that the transfer case was locked up. I really think this place is the definition of Highway Robbery!!!!

Nice people. That…read moreis where anything I have good to say about Mango Automotive stops. Their prices are OUT OF HAND. We took our vehicle there after an accident. We needed them to look at and diagnose a very specific issue. We had to tell them three times what specifically we were looking to have them do. In the meantime, they wrote up a estimate for all kinds of work that we weren't even interested in looking at. First, their diagnostic fee is expensive and if you would like to do the work there, they will still charge you the diagnostic fee plus any work. They don't roll the diagnostics into the work that they're going to do The estimate to replace our heater hoses came out to $855! We purchased the parts for $22 and did it ourselves. It took 10 minutes. $855 for a $22 part and 10 minutes worth of work is insane I will never take another vehicle back to mango automotive, which is sad because I had taken all of my vehicles there before they changed their management

I Had my car at my mechanic earlier in the day, he did a diagnostic on my car and said alternator…read morewas going out so I scheduled the next day to have it replaced for $329.00 My mechanic had alternator with life time guarantee and 1/2 hr install , well I didn't make it home died in RR, SB says they have free towing so they towed it and replaced the Alternator for $640.00 they charged me $450 ish for the alternator, caught red handed doubling the price of alternator on me, I have it on paper. I have quote from Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, and my mechanic for OEM alternator for around $250.00
