It was time to renew my tags at the DMV!!! Sometimes, DMV's get bad reputations due to the long…read morewait times and customer service, but when I came here, I didn't have to deal with either!! It's not like other DMV's I've visited where you have to get there early just to get seen. This place is more like a little office where it's more intimate. I'm pretty sure you can make an appointment. Not sure if it was the day I came, but there was hardly anyone there. And I'm definitely coming here from now on lol I came in and Rigo greeted me while the other front woman was helping someone else on the phone. I walked back to his desk. Boy was he funny, upbeat, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable about Vehicle Registration services! He made the process so easy and smooth. He explained everything I needed to know from that point and what I needed for the year coming up. Now, the price? I called a few times near opening because I was not sure if they were open MLK Jr day, and they were! Ariana even called me back and asked about my plans for live scan so she could help with our forms ahead of our arrival! Our church volunteers have been coming here from near and far. Ariana remembers us and helped us out kindly with a fee of only $18 per person. I learned from Ariana and some shops in Anaheim that fees depend on type of background check needed, and whether needs are for a volunteer or employee. I am impressed with their service and kindness, as they even printed a few copies of our form ahead of time so that we can hand out our forms to future volunteers ahead of time. This is above and beyond, as generally, places require you to bring your form filled out. We even got a great restaurant rec on the way out :D. Would recommend people make the drive out if can arrange it, then get some pho down the street!
