Had to purchase a phone for my daughter but the store in my neighborhood had an issue with their…read more"10 min safe" that refused to open and release the phone. Decided to find a location close to my job, the store on Pitkin popped up. Called ahead to make sure they had the phone and Sam confirmed they did. Went straight there after work, parking was easy. Sam greeted when I walked in and we went straight to business. He made the transaction super easy and smooth. He offered options to add an extra account, phone accessories and a clear insight about what my bill would be. I took note of the fact that even when they were engaged with customers, as others walked in they were keen to greet them and express they'd be with them shortly. I was really proud of the way the entire team handled themselves and their customers. Shout out to Sam, Zacari and Ijana /Ljiana (sorry if I misspelled her name). Def will go out of my way to go back to this store for future transactions.
