Decided to find a location close to my job, the store on Pitkin popped up. Called ahead to make sure they had the phone and Sam confirmed they did. Went straight there after work, parking was easy. Sam greeted when I walked in and we went straight to business. He made the transaction super easy and smooth. He offered options to add an extra account, phone accessories and a clear insight about what my bill would be. I took note of the fact that even when they were engaged with customers, as others walked in they were keen to greet them and express they'd be with them shortly. I was really proud of the way the entire team handled themselves and their customers. Shout out to Sam, Zacari and Ijana /Ljiana (sorry if I misspelled her name). Def will go out of my way to go back to this store for future transactions.

I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable interaction with…read morean employee named Carlos at the Cricket Wireless location on Pitkin Avenue.During my interaction with this representative, I was subjected to hateful, degrading, and abusive language. I was told that I was "undocumented," that I had "no papers," that I was a "piece of shit," and was subjected to additional hateful and insulting language that was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. What happened after the store interaction is even more concerning. Carlos refused to transfer my outreach attempts to anyone else and further went on to obtained my telephone number and subsequently called me back from a Florida telephone number. During that call, he continued directing slurs and abusive language toward me and allegedly threatened to find my home address!! I find this conduct deeply disturbing. An employee should never use customer information obtained through their employment to personally contact, harass, intimidate, threaten, or target a customer outside of the business interaction.I am requesting an immediate and thorough investigation of this incident. I expect Cricket Wireless to preserve and review all relevant records, including the store's surveillance footage, customer account records, call recordings, employee communications, and any available records relating to the telephone number used to contact me.I am particularly concerned about how my personal information was accessed and whether it was improperly used by this employee. I am also requesting that Cricket Wireless take appropriate steps to ensure that my personal information is protected and that this employee does not contact me again. I intend to escalate this matter through Cricket Wireless management and corporate customer relations, and I will also consider filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau .
