All Nails was my go-to salon for 3 years. However, now that there is a new owner, I can not recommend this to anyone ever again. I have given them three times since the change of ownership, and each time I was disappointed. My nails are imperfect, my beds were not cleaned up at all, and when a pen spewed ink on my nails, the owner just painted over it (which resulted in the ink bleeding through, and she did nothing). Additionally, a full acrylic set is $27 and I was charged $30 for no reason. I'm very disappointed. read more

Was super happy with my acrylic fill!! I was in a hurry and looking for a quick/cheap place to get my nails filled and decided to look up the nearest salon. All nails was the closest so I decided to go there on a whim. HONG did not disappoint!! She was very friendly and made sure I loved my experience. She even offered to do a design!!!(most of the time other places get annoyed when you ask)She took her time made sure each nail was even and smooth, and then cleaned under my nails!!! They offered water and also made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I was the only one in there so it was super quiet which I LOVED! The decor is a little dated but the workers make up for the atmosphere:) WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING! read more

I moved to NE from out of state (where I got frequent gel/shellac manicures). In searching for a nail place, I tried All Nails based on the reviews. 3 days out from my manicure & pedicure & I am very disappointed. The facility is dated & they don't use liners in the pedicure tub. Everything looked great though and pricing was reasonable so I left my appointment feeling ok. I got to my car & noticed several small bubbles in the gel polish. Then today I noticed that almost all of my nails look scuffed / dull on the tips. I am not sure if the polish or gel coats were old or what, but I have never had this happen with a gel mani. Gel always lasts so long with no chips or scuffs that the only reason I need a fresh coat is due to new nail growth. My pedicure looks good, although she didn't use any lotion after doing exfoliation on my legs & feet so that seemed strange. Back to reading reviews in search of a better place! read more

I have never made an appointment and even so, I have never had to more than 10 minutes. You're treated like family here. The workers remember you and are very friendly. I've never had my nails chip or break or smudge here. They really take care of you and work to accommodate any crazy design request I can come up with. They're creative & I love it! This was the first place I tried when I moved to the area and if it weren't for the fact that I've moved further away now, this would still be my regular place. I've been here every other week for the last year, and definitely recommend this place to everyone for manicures and pedicures. I usually get a gel color manicure, which lasts for several weeks. I like the method they use here for removing the old color - much easier on my hands than other places with their "soak your hand in a bowl of acetone" approach. Chi gives the best pedicures, and Hally the best manicures, IMO. I don't get acrylics so cant comment on those. I only take off one star as the other techs seem to come and go frequently, so there is some inconsistency. read more

I have gotten 2 gellish manicures here, and plan on going back. The gel color manicure is $28, and they are skilled at applying the color so that it is not too clumpy and does cure correctly. I have difficult nails, and nail color just doesn't last long on me, and here they really make an effort to make sure the gel color is applied well so it will last. They have both Shellac and Gellish color, and the cost to remove the gel color is free when you get another manicure (regular or gel). The staff was very nice, and friendly, and all the tools were clean and sanitized. read more

Great nail shop, just north of oak view. It looks like a typical nail salon but service and process was above and beyond. For $35 you get the standard massage plus a scrub and mask...which is a lot of massage. My personal fav!! The worst nail salon I have ever been to. Over priced, inefficient, understaffed. I spent $46 for a pedicure I could have gotten anywhere for $25. The owner thinks her a la cart pedicure pricing is clever. It is ridiculous. The base pedicure is $26 I believe. I think that is just clipping cuticles and polish. They add $5 if you want your calluses worked on and $10 for hot stones. The hot stone treatment was rubbing two stones up and down my leg for less than a minute. The massage was terrible and the polish chipped in two days.The owner made her nail client wait 25 minutes while she went to pick up her kids and the woman in the pedicure spa was left there feet in the water for 45 minutes while they did mine. I would have been furious. Go to Mohegans. I haven't found a better place. I will never go here again nor recommend it to anyone. read more

I've gone to All Nails and Spa about eight times in the last two years. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure done almost every time and they turned out great. However, my experience this week was less than pleasant. One of the male staff had done my shellac manicure and was not gentle especially with cutting my cuticles -- I've never had so much pain getting a manicure. He kept telling me to "hold still" but that was difficult to do with the pulling he was doing on his end. I haven't had my manicure for more than 35 hours and my shellac is already cracked without me doing any hard work. I've never been so disappointed and for $35 plus tip for my current manicure is outrageous. It was almost like he couldn't wait to get me finished. I did not feel welcome, special, or comfortable at all. Although I adore the owner, I will not be returning to All Nails again after this last experience. read more

I was in Omaha for business and needed a pedicure. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived they had me pick out a color and sit in a pedicure chair. After waiting 25 minutes a man arrived to begin my pedicure. He was rough and his nails were digging into my toes while he worked. It was more unfortable then relaxing. Finally he painted and Ieft. The next day I noticed my polish was already chipping and had smudged. I called and they said they were too busy to get me in today. I explaied that I was leaving town tomorrow and needed my polish fixed today, they allowed me to come in and made an appointment. When I got there I waited 20 minutes and my polish was changed. It's still clumpy. It seems like all of their polish is old and they keep adding thinner to the polish. Not a fan. read more

This was one of the worst nail experiences ever! I just needed a pink and white fill, that was it. Had 1 broken nail and should be easy right? Apparently NOT! The gal doing my nails, in the first chair, sniffed and coughed the entire time, she took off the broken nail by prying it off and not using the file to break it down and then when I asked her to file them more and fix the few that were so thick they looked like clumps on my fingers she said she couldn't because they were filled before... right, and that is why I only needed a fill not a full set. I asked her several times to file them and make them smooth and thinner and she argued with me the entire time saying my nails were naturally thick! I finally said ok, but I do not like them like this please file them and she refused!!! I asked again for her to file them so I could leave and she said "JUST LEAVE! IT IS YOUR FAULT I'M OUT $35!!" until that point I was planning to pay her and have her finish my nails.... never will go back and she was throwing towels and things as I left.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and when I got to my car I realized that one of my nails was bleeding!!! Buyer beware of this place!! read more

The new owners are TERRIBLE! First off, It's kind of expensive, which I don't mind paying for quality, but I didn't get it! $25 for a fill plus I tipped the lady (which I regret now) and the VERY NEXT day my nails started to life and chip and they look like crap! I called them to see what they could do to fix them, they said they would...but I had to come in right away. I work 11am to 10pm 4 days a week, so I told them I would not be able to come in until the following Wed (This was a Saturday) the guy said "come in at 10am on monday and we'll fix them" Then hung up on me. I proceeded to leave them a comment on Facebook, in which the owner was VERY rude and unwilling to assist. Told me I would have to come in before Wednesday, which again, I couldn't because of work, so that they could fix THEIR mistake! After a breif argument, the owner removed his comments and is refusing to fix my nails. I can see a mistake, not the end of the world, but the owners customer service and willingness to correct the mistake is why I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Not to mention they use cheap products that can be bought at Sally's beauty. If I could rate this a zero I would!! read more

I chose this salon based upon major positive reviews re cleanliness, friendliness, service provided, use of English language around customers, and pleasing photos as a place to take a friend for a mani/pedi for each of us. Unfortunately, our experience bore little resemblance to the reviews. (In fairness to the salon, this visit occurred in a busy holiday season, although I had made appointments several days in advance --- and we were on time for this appointment.) We were greeted warmly at the door, but that was the limit of feeling welcome. There was no place to hang coats and scarves. There was little concern for our preference of water temperature --- we had to ask that it be changed. Callus removal was poor -- although we paid extra for that. There was no leg and hand massage as promised by the menu. My finger was cut during cuticle trimming and it has taken nearly a week for that to heal. My friend's toenail polish had to be totally redone 2 times because of poor technique, smudging, etc. Both of us experienced poor application of fingernail polish, leaving polish on tissue surrounding fingernails, not to mention old and sticky nail polish which bubbled on the nails. The expectation for a manicure/pedicure is one of relaxation and pampering. This experience met little of that expectation. The salon is a cramped space with little that lends itself to relaxation. In short, this was a most unsatisfactory experience and I shall not be returning to this salon. read more
