He did my Robot Moth tattoo on the inner hip -- it's about the size of my hand -- and the pain was unreal. I sat through it hoping I'd never have to touch that area again. But when I got home, even my boyfriend noticed something was off: the top left wing is smaller than the right. I went back twice to get it fixed. The first time, Tommy literally said, "I don't see what you're talking about." He eventually touched it up, but it still looked off. The second session didn't help either, and by then I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave. I knew I'd have to go to someone else to actually fix it. This is a large piece. There was plenty of room for detail and balance, but he just didn't even try. The lines are uneven, it feels rushed, and honestly, it looks lazy. What's worse -- Tommy clearly wasn't thrilled about fixing it. His energy was dismissive both times I came back. My boyfriend even tipped him $50 after the first session -- if we'd been able to see through all the blood and ink at the time, that would've been a big fat zero. I don't know if it was because I'm a woman or what, but I didn't feel respected or cared for at all. NEVER again with Tommy. I'll be going to a real artist to fix this mess. - Yoasha
