I was pleasantly surprised when he started & there was really no pain, just a couple of spots that made me dig my heels in for a moment, but far better than I was anticipating! I love how my tattoo turned out & am ready for another! I live out of state but will go back to see Shannon for sure! I also had a piercing in my helix. Derek was kind enough to squeeze me in because I also had a nose piercing from another shop that needed to be fixed. So not only did he fix my nose piercing from the other shop he also pierced my ear. Again basically pain-free. Very pleasant experience. I'll certainly see Derek again for more piercings.

so first things off, i went in for a septum piercing. everything was fine he explained the whole…read moreprocess and when he clamped my nose and starting putting the needle through he dropped the needle. the guy wouldn't stop moving so fast instead of taking his time with things. the needle went through and dropped started making my nose bleed a lot. following up he tried again and apologized for that happening and said that's never happened before. he clamped it without checking to see if it straight. i even asked him are you sure it's clamped right and said he's got it don't worry. so i let him pierce me again. i look in the mirror and the septum is very crooked. i'm not pleased abt this. he took my septum out i got my money back. next time when something happens like that make sure u check to see if the piercing is centered. i will not be coming back here. and maybe slow down ur pace a bit if u messed up the first time

So I've been pierced twice by Jim, my daughter has had one piercing done by Jim and the other by Lauren. Both piercers are courteous and do seem very experienced. My only issue which removes one star is that they always seem to be short on jewelry. If you're planning on a specific piercing, call ahead. Ask if they have the right stuff for your piercing.

Well the clasp on the chain was starting to fail & the charm fell off the hook it was attached to so went today to have them replaced. They gave a new chain but said "we won't replace the charm because you don't have the charm" obviously the charm fell off the little circle it was on, you have the circle piece! So if you go here do not let them convince you into buying the extended warranty for the charms because they will not do anything to rectify. The attitude I was given by the girl working there also makes me feel as though I won't be going back! Also tried calling customer service and cannot get a live agent
