Toby was the artist for my sister's friend, and the tattoo she left with speaks for itself. The line work is uneven, shaky, and poorly executed, especially for such a small and simple design. I am someone who is covered with tattoos myself and have worked with many of apprentices - There's really no excuse for a butterfly outline to look this rough. Especially from someone who claims to have been doing this for 25 years. Beyond the tattoo itself, the professionalism was even more concerning. From the moment we walked in, Toby made both girls and myself visibly uncomfortable. Im very easy going and normally let things go.. But this guy was rude, judgmental, wildly inappropriate, and out of line the entire time. At one point I stepped away briefly to check on my sister, and during that short time he apparently said things that made her friend feel uneasy enough that she brought it up to me immediately afterward. I'm intentionally not repeating the comments he made here because they were very graphic and not something I feel comfortable posting in detail on Google. Things that should not have been said to a freshly 18 year old girl. This was our first experience at this shop, and it will absolutely be our last. A tattoo is permanent. People should be able to trust both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the artist, especially younger clients coming in for something meaningful and simple. Unfortunately, we got neither. I would strongly recommend doing your research before booking here, particularly with Toby.

The tattoo looks great. I couldn't be happier. While doing the consultation and sketching, George and I talked about horror movies we like. So, while he was doing the tattoo he put the Exorcist (series) on the TV so I could watch it. He made me very comfortable and checked with me to make sure I was doing ok. I highly recommend George. I am confident that the other artists are good too because I don't think G would hire anyone who isn't good. I will be back for a larger piece soon!

I planned on going to get a pedicure but honestly didn't realize that this nail salon was in the shopping center near by until I decided to take a walk. I called before I went in since it was early Saturday afternoon and usually shops are very busy. Considering the service that I received I am surprised it was not busy. I know that there are numerous salons in the area that have the "fancy" atmosphere at similar if not more expensive prices, I prefer a more local and personal experience compared to the appearance of such. The shop was clean, my nail technician he was extremely nice on the phone and also while completing my service (I love pleasant energy that makes me smile/ laugh and he certainly did that). I felt like I had the attention and time spent to provide me with great spa pedicure; at many of the other salons depending on the number of clients it can determine how much time and care is given to you. I appreciated the reminder that I was there to relax while getting some self care and honestly that was also what the atmosphere was giving. I don't live too far in the Pike Creek area and I think this may be my new go to spot. I would certainly recommend trying! I know I should have taken a better picture but honestly I was just trying to wake myself and my feet up after that 25 minute massage!

Did not buffer my toe nail did not scrub my toes. All she did was take that off put those yellow things on my feet and polish them and I told her she did not give me a pedicure. She said I did. The blue thing is wet. All she did with the blue thing is rubbed the side of my big toe and rubbed it in the water and put it in the drawer. I do not recommend this salon to anyone because I feel like they treat people differently if you don't look the part , if you get what I mean and it's not my first experience my daughter had the same experience when she went, but I watched them do other people's feet differently. It took her every bit of 5 minutes to Complete the manicuring of my toes. when I told her she did not touch my heels in the bottom of my foot. She said she did when I know if you touched them. She should not have argued with me. She just should have did the service that I requested which was a pedicure which is what I did not get. I still paid them the $40 and left, but that's the last $40 he will ever get from me. Horrible and unprofessional!
