Not only was the line work VERY high quality, he was a cool dude who had a great music recommendation. We've been playing a fair amount of Chris Knight this week. All in all, I would highly recommend the shop. Everything was very clean - the sharps boxes were in plain view and you could see each artist using a clean set up after each customer. The line work was excellent and the shop had a classic tattoo shop vibe. I'll be back soon.

Papo even came out and greeted me. Now for the tattoo. It is everything and more than I wanted. Perk paid really close attention to the details and my piece looks unbelievable. I sat for 81/2 hours all together, but the time flew by. Perk was easy to talk to and is a very intelligent man. He also dealt with an array of people come and going from the room. I came in to have my retainer removed and decided to switch things up with a new hoop-style nose ring. Juniper checked me in and was awesome about walking me through my options. Gold clasp wasn't in my price range, but I found a really cute silver hoop with stones that worked for me and was within my price range. Then my buddy Zach took care of the actual switch--removing the retainer and putting in the new hoop. He got the size just right, and I absolutely love the new look! Hau checked me out, and once again, the whole experience was easy and fun. I really appreciate the entire team at Infinite. After all these years, it still feels good to walk in and know I'm going to be taken care of. Shout-out to Juniper, Zach, and Hau! Thanks for another great experience.

Their online booking system is easy, it's clear, and you have a general idea of what to expect from your appointment and the cost. Bookings are a few weeks out because they're quite a busy shop so plan in advance. The team is super friendly and greets you when you come in. It's a very welcoming staff and space. They walk you through the process, have you pick out your jewelry and sign a few forms, tell you the total price then you wait in their small waiting area until you get called back to your room. Once you get called back, their rooms are super clean and their piercers are very knowledgeable. They do what you need to feel comfortable, whether that's being walked through step by step of what's going to happen or going in completely blind. The rooms and materials are clean and they set you up for success for healing your piercing.

Everyone was very friendly, starting with Caliyah at the front desk, who chatted with me while I waited. Then I met Keila who was a piercing artist who was very helpful in telling me all about the shop, and the how the jewelry worked, and even helped me pick out what earrings I wanted. Then finally, my piercing artist Nate. Nate was wonderfully friendly, made sure I knew exactly what was happening before it happened, and explained everything to me, and got my approval before doing any thing. I was so nervous to get my helix done before coming in, but while I was there I was so relaxed and at ease about the whole thing. After my ears were pierced, I was given wonderful after care instructions, and told to reach out if I needed anything. Highly recommend anyone who wants a pricing to try Safe Harbor!

The staff was incredibly friendly and they are very diligent in their informative videos for after piercing care. They have a number you can text with questions at any time. My daughter didn't cry or complain at all during the piercing. She said she barely felt it. Rather than a punch gun like places in the mall, they use sterile needles which are much less painful. Her ears didn't bleed barely at all and they felt completely back to normal within a few days. Definitely recommended.

Codi was clearly very knowledgeable about what she was doing and was able to not only calm me down (it's always a bit scary being under a needle), but also she made the entire piercing quick and easy! She emphasized the importance of focusing on my breathing and before I knew it, she finished my daith piercing! Because Codi had extra time, she also helped me make a jewelry switch for an old conch piercing since my old bar was way too long than it needed to be. Tabby (the sweet lady at the front desk) was also very helpful in talking me through what a daith was going to feel like, making the experience much smoother. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place enough. I have gotten a cartilage piercing before, but they didn't take the time and effort and care to explain what to expect before, during, and after the appointment.
