Its my biggest tattoo yet, so safe to say I was nervous at first! Let me tell you, Rachel was the sweetest artist I could have asked for for this piece. Not only is my tattoo amazing, to the point where I'm staring at it right now in tears because of how much I love it, but Rachel was SO patient with me during the whole process. She made sure that I was 10000% happy with the design before we started, and listened to any comments or changes I wanted before we started. I never felt intimidated, rushed, or uncomfortable at all. The studio is extremely clean and well managed with some of the nicest people you'd ever meet. Down to earth, wicked chill vibe. I felt so welcome and at home there, I honestly cant WAIT for the itch to return for me to get another tattoo because I absolutely will be coming to Double Diamond and asking specifically for Rachel. Rachel, you killed it!!! Thank you so much again, you're so talented!! 10/10, I wouldn't change a thing. Absolutely worth every penny and more. Thank you!!!!

Arrived at 3:30 for my 3:30 consultation appt. Was told Ryan was tattooing someone and would step…read moreout at a free moment. Thought ok, I'll wait, no big deal. While waiting, I was reminded that leadtime for the tattoo is over a year, and I'd need to leave a down payment today. Ok, not ideal but I get it, no problem. 40 minutes later, no sign of Ryan and now I'm risking missing dinner plans. I mention to the lady at the desk that I've run out of time, and she goes to the back and Ryan comes out a minute later. I couldn't rely on the guy to follow through with the consultation, so I'm certainly not leaving a down payment and waiting a year. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

It was important to us that it got done on this trip since my sister lives near West Chester and I live in Florida. Rob was patient while we chose a font and his work was excellent! He was clean and efficient with our tattoos making sure they came out perfect. He was hilarious as well and really made our experience great. Definitely recommend!!

I decided to get a tattoo after a miscarriage in memorial to my lost child. Before getting the tattoo with Alicia Marie, I was told I may need to come back to touch it up because the color might not show up on my skin tone. When I went to schedule the touch up I was told by Alicia Marie that she did not work on Monday's or Thursday's which was strange when we originally had the tattoo done on a Thursday. As I only have Mondays and Thursdays off from work I asked if there was someone else at the studio that could finish the tattoo. Instead of recommending someone else, Alicia said she wanted to finish the tattoo and would try accommodate me on one of those days. Months went by and I could not get an appointment with Alicia. Finally, I asked if she could please recommend someone else again so I could finish the tattoo and move on. I also said I would pay to finish it. It was then that I was told I was crossing a boundary by saying I was not happy with the tattoo that I had been living with for months and for asking for someone else to complete the tattoo. I tried calling the studio to get an appointment with someone else and was hung up on before answering multiple times. I had no choice but to drive to the studio and was met by the owner Matt who was unprofessional and continued to justify the way the touch up scheduling was handled by his employee and was extremely disrespectful and rude. He continued to say that my tattoo was "unimportant because it was not a full sleeve tattoo" and she didn't have to do anything for me since it was a "one off tattoo." It's clear the staff do not deliver on completing their work nor does the owner care if customers tattoos are finished or if they are happy with their tattoo. After all the nastiness I experienced from the staff and owner I would not go back to this place to complete it. It's disgusting to me that they react so poorly to a paying customer trying to finish a tattoo on their body. It is clear they take no pride in their work and leave their customers unhappy with an unfinished permanent tattoo.
