We knew our current deck was very weathered and old, so this wasn't going to be a simple "replace some boards" project. Enrique was quick to contact us after our initial inquiry for services, made an appointment to do a walk through and was able to help get this project started right away. He walked us through all the things that would have to be done for repair and replace the patio, being fully transparent each step of the way with full transparency on price range so we never had any surprise costs. With Enrique's recommendations we were able to pick out deck materials that were close to the original look and color of the old deck, which we wanted. We also had some metal detailing that had to be replaced and they had creative solutions to address the unique curvature of the desk to make sure everything looked flawless. The demo, repair, and replace of the deck was very quick with great commutation every step of the way by Enrique. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend this company for patio repair and remodel.

Sergio was the only one to come close to being reasonable. His crew tore down the old deck and built a very solid replacement. The Timbertech surface and aluminum railing looks great. I am the kind of person to poke around and ask a lot of questions, Sergio was on the site every day and patiently explained every part of the process. The only snafu was the cleanup at the end (not removing the broken up footers) but once I brought this to his attention it was quickly remedied. I have zero reservations about recommending Super Decks!

Most memorable moment? The very next day after the fence was complete, my Landscapers scratched one of my posts pretty badly...I was devastated! Still, I was honest and let Monica and Bill know who had made the scratch and inquired about the cost for changing the post. Bill, too, was honest and convinced me not to pay the money to swap it now. Despite the powder coating being compromised, he felt it wasn't a spot rain would be able to sit - so therefore wouldn't rust easily enough to justify the cost. He told me it's a big job and wouldn't be cheap. So we agreed to do it at a later time if I really wanted it and was willing to pay. To my surprise, there was a minor defect in a completely different post that they caught and had to swap out (as in dig it out of the concrete, wasn't a small job). They came to do the job while I was at work - and to my surprise, they had swapped out the one my landscaper scratched also! I was SO happy and so touched! For them to do such a kind gesture, even knowing it was not their fault - speaks volumes about this company!! Thank you Bill, Monica, and the team at Glass Wall Systems for making our backyard fence beautiful (twice!) Your kindness is SO appreciated!

I had hired another guy that did a horrible job attempting to install my new gate but had to stop him as he was damaging the concrete mounted posts and had no experience. But lucky enough Abe the owner of Level Up was referred and his expertize was exactly what my project needed. He concrete mounted my new gate and fence. Abe and his crew made sure it was straight, secure and installed correctly. His skills had him modify some metal brackets to secure the gate and upgraded some bolts and screws to much heavy duty versions for better reliabitly. He was dealing with sloaped concrete which made our project more challenging to make it look level and straight. We could not be happier with the result. I only wish I met him earlier. Abe was fast with response and availabity. He was extremely professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with.
