During that time, they also gave me great tips on getting my puppy acclimated to the outside world. Being a new pet owner, I had lots of questions and they answered all of them with ease. When further asking the woman for a price she said that she could only give me a price if I went back into the holding cell and held the dog. This is my second time going into this store... Warning.... Do not take your dog to All Fur Love for grooming in Washington!! I scheduled an…read moreappointment for a hair and nail trim for my small Pomeranian Chihuahua. Today when I showed up I explained I wanted her hair shaped and trimmed and nails done. 2 hours later they called me and said she was ready. When I showed up they had a bandana tied around her neck covering the front. Which I thought was weird because they never have done that before. But my dog seemed happy and I paid for the service and left. When I got home I took off the bandana and noticed they shaved a patch of hair off of her neck and there is a huge chunk of hair missing down to the skin. I immediately knew why they put the bandana on her to cover up their mistake. I called All Fur Love and asked to talk to the groomer. I explained what I found and told her I was very disappointed that they weren't honest with me when I picked her up. They tried to hide it and covered it up without saying anything. The groomer denied making any mistake or trying to cover it up and claimed the dogs hair was like that when she got there! Are you kidding me? It most definitely wasn't. I told her I don't appreciate being lied to and expected a full refund and to talk to the owner. She then claimed to be the owner and refused to admit any wrongdoing. They did eventually refund me for the cost of the appointment, but I am so disappointed in how they handled this! If they were honest when I showed up and said that there was an accident and showed me the damage, I would have been understanding. But to lie and say her hair was like that when she came is just dishonest and shameful. I will not be going back to this business and either should you!

Confused by the "CLOSED UNTIL SATURDAY 10/6 @ 5:00pm", since 10/6 is a Monday (not a Saturday), so what day and time are they really open??? I called the emergency # given at the bottom (since my puppy is still struggling to breathe), when the girl answered...I was told that there were NO VETS AVAILABLE therefore they are CLOSED and I could take my dog to the emergency clinic in LAS VEGAS (2 hrs away) or WAIT until the vet clinics open at 8 am in St. George (still 2 hrs until opening). After we moved here and found ourselves in need of a local vet we tried a couple of offices. They were okay, but when we were referred to a Red Hills, we knew we found our new vet. Hunter has been seeing Dr. Hanning. Last week we had a crisis. We thought this was it, but Dr. Hanning wasn't ready to give up. Thanks to him and his staff we were able to bring our baby home. While we know that we do not have much longer with our boy, Dr. Hanning's knowledge and compassion gave us some extra quality time with Hunter, which has enabled us to come to terms with the inevitable. When that time comes we can let him go peacefully, in his home. Thank you for Dr. Hanning and the staff at Red Hills for taking such wonderful care of Hunter the wonder dog and being so compassionate with us.

Ugh. I've had some poor experiences with the desk at this vet since writing this review. So this is…read morenot about the vet but the client care here - I've called with questions a few times and the desk staff always seems annoyed and confused at basic questions (I worked at a vet front desk for a year there's some basics missing here) But recently I got a notification my dogs bord vaccine was expired. Now looking so are his DAPP and rabies. So red hills saw my dog for his annual (with all old medical records) and updated me on one vaccine but not any others? Every vet I have ever had has kept record of that regardless of administering the shots or not? When I called for clarification the desk told me they didn't even have my dogs rabies information which is alarming because you took my dogs blood but didn't make sure he was vaccinated for rabies? Anyway, just beware of communication breakdown at this vet.
